One Meal a day - 23 Health Benefits!


Note:

1. When you make a change in any food item or food intake, it is not good to do it all at once, it should be done slowly, step by step, if you change it once, it will affect your health and you will lose more from it.

2. If you want to do exercise or physical work, don't try too much at once, it is not good to do too much exercise or physical work at once, it should be practiced slowly, step by step, if you practice too much at once, it will affect your health and you will lose more from it.

3. Even meditation, chanting or mantra chanting should be done slowly and gradually, without doing too much at once. Then only you get benefits from the meditation and chanting.

Life is not secured as you think! 

Nothing can destroy a willing soul! 

Beauty is near, do not try find somewhere else!

During my drift walk. Nature thought me 2 lessons. And I witnessed the beauty of the Bengaluru in my drift walk...

Drift Walk: Read this blog till the end to know what it means!

Let's try to understand what lessons nature thought me. Let's also try to understand what is the beauty!

LESSON: 1

Everyone feels that I am strong, empowered, supported and safe. As in the image below. There are some hives hidden below you. Just one small mistake or wrong step, you could be attacked by honey bees.

 
It does not matter how powerful you are, how safe you are, and how big you are.
 
A small mistake or an unconscious action ground you or can bring you down and destroy all your wealth, money, power, material accumulation, just that one small misstep!
 
Everyone has their own risk. Only consciousness and God's grace can save us...



LESSON: 2


Maybe your entire life's achievements and wealth were destroyed. What great calamity can befall you? You had reached a state where there was no more life..

 

But you do not have to sit around thinking about it and dwelling on past losses and pains.

 

It does not matter how severely you have been destroyed or grounded or losses created to you.

 

If there is a will, there is a way. Just one hope is enough for you. Like the one in the below picture, a branch sprouting from a cut tree. Same way, you can rebuild your life again.

 

Human potential is infinite. If there is a will, there is a way. As a branch of this tree you can start a new life again...



UNDERSTANDING THE BEAUTY:

If you want to enjoy life, you don't need to go anywhere, there is a beauty near and around you. The question is, do you have a heart  and eyes to recognise and see them?

 

If you are too occupied with your mind and things, visiting Mars also makes no sense, because your mind is dwelling on earth, the only body you have taken to the planet Mars.

 

If you want to enjoy life, be wherever you are. Being means keeping your mind and body in the same place.

 

Here is the beauty of Bengaluru I have captured during my drift walk...


Drift Walk: Aimless walking. It means, without any particular goal, to go where your will takes you. If there is a goal, it will have expectations and assumptions and it will be limited. When there is no goal, there is strangeness, awe, wonder, joy, curiosity in the way you walk and it is a walk to nowhere. There you are fully conscious.


If you want to be conscious, you should not be routine. If it is routine, only a sub-conscious mind works, people who go to the office on the same road every day, most of the time they are not conscious, but still they reach the office. There he reaches the office using his body sub-conscious program (automatic program). But, when working on a different task or going on a different path, when hiking, or when playing games, you are forced to use your consciousness. Because it's not possible to use the subconscious mind during new acts.


Being Conscious is the same as meditation, just as meditation gives pleasure and peace. That's why people enjoy going to a new place, hiking or playing games. So try drift walk or drift drive. It will surprise and delight you.
