Stay away from your polluted colleagues/friends/Public, just one meeting or tea time or lunch break is enough for them to pollute your brain!

You all know, what are the different types of pollution we have today; Water Pollution, Air Pollution, Soil Pollution, Thermal Pollution, Radioactive Pollution, Noise Pollution, Light Pollution, so on. These pollution harmful to the mankind and organisms. 

I think today more harmful pollution is “Brain Pollution”, this harm greater than any other pollution.

What Pollution means? The presence in or introduction into the environment of a substance which has harmful or poisonous effects OR it is act of contamination with unwanted substances or factors,and so on.

Now a days there are few tools that are helping to spreading Brain pollution very efficiently and effectively.

Let me name out those tools: WhatsApp, Facebook, NewsApps, TV, NewsPapers So on.

You may be wondered by seeing above name as Brain pollution tools, yes they too can seriously affect your brain and pollute in such a way, you feel almost irreparable.

Other sources of pollution may come from direct contact of your colleagues, friends, neighbors, and public.

Before going to see the transformation of pollution, let me give one example:
You all know current or electricity how it works and its applications; if you use it for bulbs it give light, use it for agriculture it gives food, use it for entertainment it gives joy, use it for health equipment’s it gives health and life.

Similarly; if you use it in negative way; it fires the building, it destroys food, it disturbs people, and it kills people.

Assume your brain is a beautifully blossoming flower what it needs? It needs good condition, good thoughts, good feeling, and good care, to make it happy. And in return it makes you happy.

How social media causes brain pollution:
We all know WhatsApp, Facebook, News all are helping us, those are helps us earlier, in recent days they are disturbing us, They spread.. Minimum one rape, one murder, one accident, one sad or corruption story. You have no business with these things, still by seeing them, you’re mental and physical health gets disturbed and your brain get polluted.

That is why I call this as a brain pollution, since it has harmful or poisonous effects like other pollution.

Its Monday morning you are so fresh, so happy and so energetic and going to the office. Let’s see how and what different types of pollution impact you get thru whatsapp/facebook/any media:
  • Msg1: Huge Traffic Jam: immediately you get stressed, started screaming, started worrying.
  • Msg2: Accident: immediately you get worried, started scolding on things and get disturbed.
  • Msg3: Company XYZ firing employees: suddenly you stated thinking about future, feared, depressed.
  • Msg4: Murder/Terror attack: you get angry, anxious, burning, scolding criminals and society.
  • Msg5: Rape: you are feeling sympathy, crying, feeling bad, and showing hatred on the rapist.
Watch carefully all these events happened may be far far away from you, the reaction of physical mental and emotional things are happened inside you just by the news or images you received.

In early days all are living very peacefully by thinking world is peaceful, now because of electronic media; if murder happens in Syria media make you to feel the blood on your face.

If it continues, in future we need more neurologists, psychiatrists than the physical health doctors.

Now a days many TV channels are become direct pipelines to pass Brain pollution, more pathetic thing is people paying money to get polluted.

Try one week by leaving WhatsApp, Facebook, TV, News paper, negative talking people, I'm sure you'll feel more relaxed, more healthy and more energetic that week.
Or
Try completely ignoring negativity and not talking single word about it, from any negative source, you feel so relaxed, cool and calm.

In office assume someone get disturbed by someone; immediately he or she started spreading negative news about them, other person who is cool with all get polluted by listening these words started looking them in prejudices way.

Some idiotic people their job is just to give some negative news about somebody, they will be waiting for every opportunity; like casual meet, tea time, lunch time, so on, and they enjoy the moments of gossiping. The person who get all nonsense news from them, he get disturbed and suffer with brain pollution.

Some are BPE’s (Brain Polluting experts) they always say like this: this office is bad, this person is bad, that team is bad, this city is bad, this work is bad, and this life is bad. If you stay with them, it’s like you will be living in Brain polluted Slum.

You may get question what if I don’t get that important news and lose something?

Don’t worry you lose nothing, reasons; you got nothing!? You are living in assumptions like you earned many things, in your earned so called many things, nothing will come with you when you about to depart.

Akka Mahadevi female Mystic 12th century, she said: If something coming tomorrow let it come today. If something coming today let it come now.

Every single thought has its own effect on our body and surroundings too, let me bring one quote of Sathya Sai Baba: Be Good, Do Good and See Good.

What is today’s life style, what people do- when having food; You watch horrible news, you talk some social problem, you see crime stories, and you think all other negative things.

For the good health, another tip is, have good thoughts or pray before consuming food or drinks, which will go into our stomach with good shape, to keep us good.

Stay away from Brain pollution and BPE's, this is more dangerous pollution when compared with any other pollutions.

Why you need to get polluted and started spreading that pollution to others you know. Beware of negative people, negative messages and BPE's.

Stop spreading Brain pollution, Start spreading good things.

Early days this brain pollution is not so easy job, now the electronic media and digital transformation makes this pollution spread more faster.

If death is coming, let it come, stop living with the fear of death. Dying once is much better than dying daily.

Enjoy every moment you spend, enjoying every food you eat, enjoy every breath you take, enjoy every place you visit, ignore negative news and messages, disconnect from negative news spreading groups, unfriend negative message spreading people, stay away from negativity and BPE's.

Note: Negativity you can delete from your mobile, its not possible to delete from brain. Be conscious avoid non-sense.
