How I became a Brahmin

 How I became a Brahmin

With no doubt I declare my-self as Brahmin [in-progress]. As a matter of fact, I belong to the backward caste (OBC) as per the Indian caste system. This is a story about how one from a backward or scheduled caste can also become a Brahmin.

Since my childhood I cultivated a kind of habit which Brahmin’s do in India. After my college days and later I realized soul can get birth in any place, but everyone is eligible to practice Brahmin rituals. Please have patience to get lights on my interesting story…

Before I go to my story… Here is the Sri Krishna thought on caste system, unfortunately Indian political system suppressed these core facts. As per my Brahmin Friend every individual has eligibility to practice Brahmin rituals.

Lord Krishna speaks to Arjuna as he clarifies the origin and purpose of the caste system in sanatana dharma.

The four-fold order was created by Me according to the divisions of quality and work. Though I am its creator..

Cāturvarṇyaṃ: the four-fold order. The four varnas are named - Brahmin, Kshatriya, Vaishya and Shudra. They constitute the four-fold order. The three gunas - sattva, rajas and tamas - and the law of karma - these four elements were divided by Me to create the four varnas.

·        Sattva guna predominates in Brahmins - and they are assigned the tasks (karma) of sham, dam, tapas (meditation) etc.

·        Rajas guna predominates in Kshatriyas - sattva guna is secondary. Their karma is to be warriors and show bravery and tejas.

·        Rajas guna also predominates in Vaishyas - tamas guna is secondary. Their karma is to be farmers and traders.

·        Tamas guna predominates in Shudras - rajas guna is secondary. Their karma is to serve others.

The emphasis is on guna (aptitude) and karma (function) and not on jaati (birth). The varna or the order to which we belong is independent of sex, birth or breeding. A varna is determined by temperament and vocation - not by birth or heredity.

According to the Mahabharata, the whole world was originally of one class but later it became divided into four divisions on account of the specific duties. (Ref: https://www.eaglespace.com/spirit/gita_castesystem.php)

Let me come back to my story, how I became Brahmin. This is my pure personal experience, not influenced by any belief systems or books.

In my opinion Gayatri Mantra is the most powerful mantra among all other mantras in the Ancient Indian Spiritual Science. This was discovered by Brahmarshi Vishwamitra.

Since my childhood I'm very keen in understanding and learning about our devotional and spiritual science. I'm a very practical person, simply don't believe things based on others beliefs.

How I discovered this power of Gayatri Mantra:

In 2015, I accepted Yajnopavita to practice Brahmin’s ritual in a more systematic way. I was travelling using office cab, there were few Brahmin colleagues who were discussing about the Upakarma that day - Full moon day (ನೂಲು ಹುಣ್ಣಿಮೆ),  one can exchange old Yajnopavita with new. That day with the guidance of my Brahmin friends I started practicing rituals which Brahmin’s do. SandhyaVandana and Other Pooja practices.

Yagnopavita comprises of 3 threads (for bachelors) and 6 threads (for married person). After wearing this suddenly I noticed there is a change in my alertness and awareness. And Yajnopavita became a reminder for me to follow the SandhyaVandana without fail. I started practicing this 2 times a day, immediately after taking bath. Especially I take cold water bath in the evening.

Since the beginning, I continued practice of this SandhyaVandana, agnihotra [Agnihotra I do occasionally] I have experienced greater levels of awareness, great health. Also noticed an enhancement in my consciousness.

How strictly I followed SandhyaVandana:

This practice I never missed, all 365 days I'm taking cold water bath [in evening]. Since I work in corporate [Software profession], sometimes I reach home at night 11pm, 12am and so on. Never skipped doing this.

Sometimes after a friend's party or office party and get together, I have reached home at 1am or 2am, still I took a cold water bath and went to bed after finishing SandhyaVandana and Gayatri Mantra chanting.

In the year 2017, I went to Himalayas for Trekking. There people were scared to touch the water due to heavy cold. I took a cold water bath. (10500 feet above sea level) Everyone in my trekking team was shocked by looking at me.

Yes, truly the water was equivalent to ice, but my determination and discipline was bigger than that.

Before I took a bath, I just remembered our moola Guru's: Adi Shankaracharya, Acharya Madhwa, Ramanuja Acharya like - You great people travelled all parts of India and followed every discipline without fail, I'm doing the same with your inspirations, bless me.

Everyone in the Trek team was literally shocked, some of them asked, you don't want to go back? As you are taking such a risky attempt.

With this experience I can say our Babas living in Himalayas is true and they are divine flowers of India.

Practice of Gayatri Mantra:

There are so many customs for this, they are designed to help people to get enlightenment. Unfortunately, some people use those to escape from not doing, if we do, we need to do full else we should not do. This is making many people skip in the name of fear.

I don't get the logic here. Assume if you donate ₹1 you get some punya, if you donate ₹100 you get more punya. Similarly doing one Gayatri Mantra also brings benefits to you, if you do 108 times you get more benefits. Please don't skip in the name of number or rules or profession or place or time.

Some of them skip doing, if we do, we have to do at exact time, else we should not do. To pray to God every time is a good time. God will never decline your prayers due to timings.

So, Stop having fear… Here is an interesting story  Satan (devil) become jobless!?

Who is eligible to do this?

After practicing for a few days, I asked one of my other Brahmin friend, is it only reserved for the Brahmin community? He said, that is the most stupid thing people think. SandhyaVandana and Yagnopavita is for all. Anyone and everyone eligible to do this.

He is absolutely right. Unfortunately, in the name of cast and community we have limited our spiritual practices to few communities. Or else long back India would become a Viswa Guru [World teacher]. Now we are witnessing that western people [Europe and America, and so on] are following these practices. Remember, most of the western people are more practical, simply they don’t follow something, once they get to know its scientific values and powerful benefits they do follow and practice.

One good thing is if most of the educated people understand the benefits of spiritual science and promote this, we have a possibility to witness a close to extinct Brahmin community become a majority community in India and world. I’m saying this  without any selfishness, I want all to experience the real power of India's spiritual science.

Great thing is most of the Western countries are realising benefits of Indian Spirituality. As some of us have a habit of following the West, since they are doing it in a more disciplined way, soon our people will also follow them. There is a saying in Kannada. ಶಂಖದಿಂದ ಬಂದರೆ ನೇ ತೀರ್ಥ ಆಗೋದು  means: If water come from a conch then only it become Teertha (pure).

Did I become Brahmin?

I’m on the way, sooner or later I will become a pure Brahmin. When I chit chat with my Brahmin friends, I usually say as I’m a converted Brahmin. They laugh at me and encourage my practice.

Becoming Brahmin is power which is higher than any power in this world. That is what Sri Brahmarshi Viswamitra demonstrated to the world. I’m saying these things with my practical experiences. With this I noticed great health benefits (both mental and physical). It also increases our immunity and consciousness.

Everyone is eligible to become a Brahmin, thought of becoming Brahmin itself is a beautiful thought.

Final word: if you are wearing Yagnopavita and doing SandhyaVandana, please don't do it for sake of doing it. Do it with full awareness and alertness when chanting Gayatri Mantra and all. Else it will not be that effective. Doing one Gayatri Mantra with full awareness is more powerful than doing 100 with unconsciousness. Be conscious and practice chanting Gayatri Mantra to experience divine powers. Yagnopavita is a great help and it brings discipline into your life.

Stop chasing behind property, name and fame!

Stop chasing behind property, name and fame!

In India it is common wisdom that the world is like a waiting room in a railway station; it is not your house. You are not going to remain in the waiting room forever. Nothing in the waiting room belongs to you—the furniture, the paintings on the wall . . .You use them— you see the painting, you sit on the chair, you rest on the bed—but nothing belongs to you. You are just here for a few minutes, or for a few hours at the most, then you will be gone.

Yes, what you have brought in with you, into the waiting room, you will take away with you; that's yours. What have you brought into the world? And the world certainly is a waiting room. The waiting may not be in seconds, minutes, hours, days, it may be in years; but what does it matter whether you wait seven hours or seventy years?

You may forget, in seventy years, that you are just in a waiting room. You may start thinking perhaps you are the owner, perhaps this is the house you have built. You may start putting your nameplate on the waiting room.

There are people—I have seen it, because I was traveling so much: people have written their names in the bathrooms of the waiting room. People have engraved their names on the furniture of the waiting room. It looks stupid, but it is very similar to what people do in the world.

There is a very significant story in ancient Jaina scriptures. In India it is believed that if somebody can become the emperor of the whole world he is called a chakravamn. The word chakra means the "wheel." In ancient India it was a way to avoid unnecessary fighting and violence: a chariot, a golden chariot, very valuable, with beautiful and strong horses, would move from one kingdom to another kingdom. That was the finest way to conquer world. So every king had the desire to become a chakravartin.

The story is that one man became a chakravartin—and it happens only once in thousands of years that a man becomes a chakravartin. Even Alexander the Great was not a world conqueror; there was yet much left unconquered. And he died very young, he was only thirty-three: there was not even time enough to conquer the world. What to say of conquering, the whole world was not even known! Half of the world was unknown, and the half that was known, even that was not conquered. This man, of whom I am going to tell you the story, became the chakravartin.

It is said that when a chakravartin dies—because a chakravartin happens only in thousands of years, he is a rare being—when he dies he is received in heaven with great rejoicing and he is taken to a special place.

In Jaina mythology, in heaven there is a parallel mountain to the Himalayas. The Himalayas are just made of rocks and earth and ice. The parallel to the Himalayas in heaven is called Sumeru. Sumeru means the ultimate mountain: nothing can be higher than that, nothing can be better than that. It is solid gold; instead of rocks there are diamonds and rubies and emeralds.

When a chakravartin dies he is led to Sumeru mountain to engrave his name on it. That is a rare opportunity; that happens only once in thousands of years. Of-course this man was immensely exited that he was going to write his name on Sumeru. That is the ultimate of all the great ones that have been, and will also be the catalog of all the great ones that have been, and will also be the catalog of all the great ones who are going to be. This emperor was becoming party to a lineage of supermen.

The gatekeeper gave him instruments to engrave his name. He wanted to take few of his men who had committed suicide just because their emperor was dying-they could not think of living without him. His wife, his prime minister, his commander in chief: all the great people who were around him had all committed suicide, so they had come with him.

The emperor wanted the gatekeeper to let them all come to see him engrave his name, because what is the joy if you go alone and engrave your name and nobody is there even to see?—because die real joy is that the whole world should see.

The gatekeeper said, "You listen to my advice, because this is my inherited profession. My father was a gatekeeper, his father was a gatekeeper; for centuries we have been gatekeepers to Sumeru mountain. Listen to my advice: Don't take them with you; otherwise you will repent."

The emperor could not understand, but neither could he ignore the advice-because what interest could that man have in preventing him?

The gatekeeper said, "If you still want them to see, first go engrave your name; then come back and take them with you if you want. I have no objection even now if you want to take then, but just in case you decide not to, then there will be no chance to change your mind . . , they will be with you. You go alone."

This was perfectly sane advice. The emperor said, "That's good. I will go alone, engrave my name, come back, and call you all.

The gatekeeper said. "I am perfectly agreeable to that"

The emperor went and he saw the Sameru shining under thousands of suns—because in heaven you cannot be so poor as to have just one sun—thousands of suns, and a golden mountain far bigger than the Himalayas—and the Himalayas are almost two thousand miles long! He could not open his eyes for a moment, it was so glaring there. And then he started looking for a space, the right space, but he was very much puzzled: there was no space; the whole mountain was engraved with names.

He could not believe his eyes. For the first time he became aware what he was. Up to now he was thinking he was a superman who happens once in thousands of years. But time has been from eternity; even thousands of years don't make any difference, so many chakravartins had happened already. There was no space on that biggest mountain in the whole universe where he could write his small name.

He came back, and now he understood that the gatekeeper was right not to take his wife and his commander in chief and his prime minister and other intimate friends. It was good that they had not seen the situation. They could still believe that their emperor was a rare being.

He took the gatekeeper aside and he said. -But there is no space!

The gatekeeper said. "That's what I was telling you. What you have to do is to erase a few names and write down your name. That's what has been done; my whole life I have been seeing this done. my father used to say this has been done. My father’s  father - none of my family have seen Sumeru empty, with any space, ever.

"Whenever a chakravartin has come he had to erase a few names and write his own name. So, this is not the whole history of the chakravartins. Many times, it has been erased, many times it has been engraved. You just do your work, and then if you want to show your friends you can bring them in.

The emperor said, "No, I don't want to show them and I don't want to even write my name. What is the point?—someday somebody will come and erase it.

"My whole life has become utterly meaningless. This was my only hope, that Sumeru, the golden mountain in heaven was going to have my name. For this I have lived, for this I have staked my life; for this I was ready to kill the whole world. And anybody else can erase my name and write his. What is the point of writing it?

I will not write it."

The gatekeeper laughed.

The emperor said, "Why are you laughing?"

The gatekeeper said, "This is strange, because this too I have been hearing from my grandfathers—that chakravartins come, and seeing the whole story, just turn back; they don't write their names. You are not new: anybody having a little intelligence would do the same."

In this whole world what can you gain? What can you take away with you? Your name, your prestige, your respectability? Your money, your power—what? Your scholarship? You cannot take anything. Everything will have to be dropped here. And in that moment you will understand that all that you possessed was not yours; the very idea of possession was wrong. And because of that possession you were corrupted.

To increase that possession -to have more money, to have more power, to conquer more lands—you were doing things that even you cannot say were right. You were lying, you were dishonest. You were having hundreds of faces. You were not true even for a single moment to anybody or to yourself; you could not be. You had to be false, phony, pretending, because these are things that help you to succeed in the world. Authenticity is not going to help you. Honesty is not going to help you. Truthfulness is not going to help you.

Without possessions, success, fame—who are you? You don't know. You are your name, you are your fame, you are your prestige, your power. But other than these, who are you? So, this whole possessiveness becomes your identity. It gives you a false sense of being. That's the ego.

Ego is not something mysterious, it is a very simple phenomenon. You don't know who you are, and to live without knowing who you are is impossible. If I don't know who I am, then what I doing here? Then whatsoever I am doing becomes meaningless. The first and the foremost thing is to know who I am. Perhaps then I can do something that fulfills my nature, makes me contented, brings me home.

But if I don't know who I am, and I go on doing things, how can I manage to reach where my nature was supposed to reach, to lead? I have been running hither and thither, but there is not going to be any point that I can say, "Now I have arrived, this was the place I was searching for. "

World not going to remember anyone’s name, don’t be desperate in engraving your name, someone will erase your name and write their names…!!!

Start living life with simplicity and authenticity. That gives you a great time for you to see the beauty of love, kindness and celebrations of joy in Life.

If you are chasing behind property, name and fame, you will surely miss love, kindness and joy. Just question to yourself, when was the last time you have great peace, celebrations and joy? By chasing behind name and fame, you missed to enjoy the beauty in life.

When was the last time you appreciated?

When was the last time you appreciated?

There are two interesting stories and one video reference in this article:

1. My America visit in 2008

2. Food service we receive

3. Video reference to understand the power of appreciation.

Keep reading this article to get some lights on appreciation and its benefits.

Many a times, we keep on waiting for someone, to appreciate us. When was the last time you appreciated someone for something good!

Remember, in your personal life or professional life, are you getting a lot of problems and experiencing failures? One of the main reason is: You invested most of your precious energy in downgrading yourself by complaining to someone about something, instead of investing the same energy on your own growth and success.

If you examine your life, you have made many mistakes, that is the only reason you are what you are today. No one is perfect. But you are ignoring all and jumping to find some mistakes in someone about something. With time, it has become your habit.

In my life many successes are mainly based on very few recognition and appreciations! Which are given by my Parents, Relations, Teachers, Friends and Others. Those are the great boosters in my life during my difficult times, failure situations and confusion states. I'm thankful to all.

There is a saying: Finding faults in others is the easiest and stupidest thing that anyone can do. Stop investing your energy on negative things.

Just appreciate someone for something, this gives you great joy. You don't lose your energy; in fact, you gain energy and happiness. With this you are motivating others to look something good in you and appreciate you for that.

If you observe, any workplace, team or family invests a lot of time in finding mistakes and complaining to someone about something. That workplace or team cannot deliver any tremendous results. Reason is very obvious; they spend their part of life just in finding mistakes and complaining about others. No energy is left in them to deliver great results.

Similarly, in your personal life or family you are not able to live a happy or peaceful life. Because, you are very watchful of others' actions to complain about something. It leads to restlessness, relationship issues and failures.

This is a fact; every person has their own good and bad things. If you find a person with 99% bad qualities, just remaining 1% is enough for you to appreciate someone. Make your heart kinder and loving, just wait for one reason to appreciate someone for something.

When was the last time you appreciated your: Children, Parents, Managers, Colleagues or Co-worker, Shopkeeper, Sweepers, Street sales person, Servant, Maid, Superior and so on? Many of them spent 5 to 10 years, they have never received any appreciation note from anyone. Opposite, they always heard complaints from others. Your one appreciation brings great joy in their life!

My America trip in the year 2008:

I have been to America for a business trip from office. I was provided one apartment with great facilities, which are almost equivalent to a 4 Star grade and scheduled car with a driver to pick up and drop. I stayed for three months in that fully furnished luxurious apartment. I used to prepare tea. Several times I burnt tea in the tea vessel to get dark color. (Luckily fire alarm did not get activated due to smoke)

That tea stain was very difficult to remove from the vessel, I was reusing it regularly. Every 15 days we used to get servants. They used to just clean the apartment and organise things.

One evening, I came back from the office and was shocked by looking at my tea vessel. It was shining like a mirror and the apartment looked like a brand new one. Regarding tea vessel, it was so sticky that I had given up. But the person who cleaned that day, did the job better than me. It's great to see servants being better than the owner!

There comes the ownership and dedication towards the work. I got their number and called that service team company. They asked me, do you have any complaints about our service? I said; No, I called you to give appreciation to the person who gave service to my apartment. They were very happy and promised me to convey my message and thanks to them.

I can understand service company people’s condition, they only address customer complaints. And my application note brought them new light, good spirit to continue with quality in service.

Your Food Service:

It may be your spouse, parents, servants, children, cook, maid, or hotel. Every day you get some food. When all is good, you eat with no complaints. If you find any problem like baking, salt or spice, taste and so on. Suddenly you jump on them and complain about their mistakes.

Are you daily performing an outstanding job at your work? (Grade 5 [or doing only meeting the expectations grade 3) still you expect grade 5 from your manager or superior. But at home/hotel they always have to perform a grade 5 job in cooking. How frequently do you do a grade 5 job at work? But you want to be identified as grade 5 always.

If your Manager or supervisor reacts, the way you react to the quality of food, you may have to resign on the same day... understand patience and sacrifice of the people who are serving or cooking food for you.

Understand their efforts, no one intentionally spoils the food. By mistake it happens. If they are intentional, they don't need much effort to spoil the food.

Believe it or not, if I feel any of the food items are tasty and good, I personally go to the kitchen and appreciate the cooking staff or person who cooked it. I've been doing it for several years.

Like this there are many people who come in our life, try to find a reason to appreciate someone for something. This is a better and finest way to create a better world.

Stop investing energy in finding faults in others. We all know due to education, parenting, environment, we have different behavior, culture and practices. If they get similar opportunities like you, they might be better than you. Find something good and appreciate it. This is the only way to bring lights. If you keep on complaining, that demotivates them, they will start under-performing. Because no one has seen their struggles.

If you compare everyone’s batting with Sachin Tendulkar and complain, you will not be able to build a cricket team. Sometimes the most unexpected person brings a victory to the cricket team. It happened many times in sports. Understand every person has some great qualities and all are unique.

Difficult people are not difficult by nature. Due to lack of love and appreciation they become difficult people. Try finding a few good things in them, recognize and appreciate them. You will see wonderful results! I’m not joking, it’s a fact. I’m saying this statement with my own personal experiences and results.

Have practice of appreciating 5 people in a day. Please don't end your day without appreciating someone for something. Your one social media like or comments may bring great joy!

Important appreciation notes:

  • Appreciate with valid reasons.
  • Be truthful in your appreciation.
  • Be true inside and outside when appreciating.
  • Show genuine interest in your appreciation.
  • Don't find or consider logic to appreciate someone for something.
  • Timing and situation are very important in appreciation.

If you are complaining about someone in a team or group of people, that person feels insulted and it definitely brings your reputation down. With those complaints you lose credibility and trust from that person. There is a saying: If you want to appreciate, appreciate on the floor [ or publicly]. If you want to complain, do it personally [one on one in a room]. It enhances your respect and credibility.

Here is a very thoughtful video on appreciation: Joel Osteen - Healing Words

You have great Potential!

You have great Potential!

If you are interested in creating great things in your work or life, please focus on the things which are explained below...

I'm not telling some imaginary stories or fictions, presenting facts. Here is the awards link which I have received for my contributions in Corporate! [Click to see: My Awards] All my awards are unexpected, because I have not done things to get awards. I have done as I was experiencing joy by doing it. [No force, No Passion, just a Joy!]

Every individual is born with great potential and possibilities. Due to bad surroundings, environment, and people. Either you are demotivated or wrongly motivated.

Many a times you need someone to tell you, about your capacity, about your potential. Later you attempt and get success. If you are self-motivated and believe in yourself? You can create wonders. Let me explain these 4 real time stories:

Story 1: Magic of thinking big

This is taken from Preface of book: The Magic of thinking Big, written by David Schwartz. He motivated me to read the 360 pages book after reading this story..

Several years ago, I witnessed an exceptionally impressive sales meeting. The vice president in charge of marketing for this company was tremendously excited. He wanted to drive home a point. He had with him on the platform the leading representative in the organization, a very ordinary-looking fellow, who earned in the year just ended just a little under $60,000. The earnings of other representatives averaged $12,000.

The executive challenged the group. Here is what he said: I want you to take a good look at Harry. Look at him! Now, what's Harry got that the rest of you haven't? Harry earned five times the average, but is Harry five times smarter? No, not according to our personnel tests. I checked. They show he’s about average in that department.

And did Harry work five times harder than you fellows? No-not according to the reports. In fact, he took more time off than most of you.

Did Harry have a better territory? Again, I've got to say no. The accounts averaged about the same. Did Harry have more education? Better health? Again, no. Harry is about as average as an average guy could be except for one thing.

The difference between Harry and the rest of you, said the vice president, "the difference is that Harry thought five times bigger."

Then the executive proceeded to show that success is determined not so much by the size of one's brain as it is by the size of one’s thinking. That is Magic of Thinking Big!

Story 2: 480 test cases executed in a day

In the year 2010/11, I was working as Sr. QA Engineer. My manager assigned some tasks by sharing one Excel file with Test Cases. I examined and started executing test cases written in that excel. It was a task to certify travel insurance application with and without airlines bookings. Using the Mainframe terminal, I need to execute them and after the execution, I need to collect the output of each test case and save it in the same excel as a proof.

After receiving that task, I decided to complete that on the same day, having known that it takes more than 8 hours’ time.

I rarely stretch my work hours or I complete my tasks within 8 hours. Since work was more on that day, I stretched 20 to 30 minutes extra and skipped one of my tea breaks. Completed 480 test cases execution in a day, sent an updated excel report to my manager. Next day morning, my manager came to my desk and she was in shock. She asked me how you completed that? It was estimated to complete in 4 to 5 days. I told her, as I decided to complete it in a day, so I did it.

Normal Estimation for that task: 4 to 5 days, which was designed and defined by French colleagues. [counterparts] Initial days there (French colleagues) 8 hours estimation, I used to take 12 to 14 hours to complete. Later days, I broke their estimation with my potential. Their 8 hours task, I used to complete in 4 to 6 hours.

Sometimes work and estimations doesn’t matter, what we decide, that matters!

Story 3: Delivery of Automation Project.

This happened in one of my previous office. I was performing a QA Management role. There was a complaint from the past 6 to 7 months on an Automation project which was not delivered. My director explained to me about the project, its criticality and resource issues. When I joined that organization, I was occupied in understanding products, teams and client. Weekdays I didn't get time to look into the automation project.

One weekend I spent time developing an automation framework (Using Java, Selenium, Maven) and automated 8 test cases of one product and demoed to the team. Given initial days mentoring, it helped my team on their automation problems. We were able to deliver automation of API (2 projects) and GUI (5 small projects) within 4 months. No change in team, no new automation resource, just my dream and determination, it made me see those results and delivery. Off-course my team's tremendous cooperation, efforts and dedication helped in that success.

By demonstrating that, we won one more project from the same client. Trust me it was not that easy [First time we are experimenting GUI, API integration with Allure reports, Jenkins Email compatibility and so on]. I made my team to understand their potential and capabilities. They proved it!

Story 4: 500 sit-ups within an hour

During my college days, in the hostel, I did 500 sit-ups. It was a challenge with friends and I successfully completed by giving a few minutes gap for every 100 sit-ups. [in-fact I was having 1-week calf and muscle pain in later days] Now I can correlate Mohammad Ali sit-ups which are explained in Arnold's video. Stop having plan B. Stop doubting yourself, it's dangerous. From plan B you are cutting yourself from the success.  Reference Video: Arnold Schwarzenegger This Speech Broke The Internet AND Most Inspiring Speech- It Changed My Life.

Last Tequila shot:

In the year 2017, I visited Himalayas. I completed the trucking summit of 15,700 feet above sea level. My friend who invited me is a professional trekker asked me to practice and get ready for the summit. Before 15 days of the Trek, I started 1-hour walking practice, in Girinagar Swami Vivekananda park, Bengaluru. My friend was laughing, we are going for such a big event, you are practicing in a small park. He told me it's not enough for the summit. I told him, that is more than enough, I know my inner potential.

I'm not a professional trekker, that was my first trek experience.

Finally, we started climbing the Himalayas, it was more difficult than what I imagined, but I decided to complete it. I did it. (Detailed story I will explain in my future blog, it is very interesting and mysterious). One of our professional trekkers was disqualified before the last day of the summit, but I did it.  Click to see my Trek Summit Certificate

Remember, your thoughts have great powers, use them consciously and correctly to experience your real potential!

Hindu Sanskrit scripts says: "Aham Brahmasmi" This is one of the main Mahavakyas from Upanishads. It translates to 'I am Brahma' or 'I am divine'. Like God you can also create mysteries.

Unfortunately, most of humans have not experienced their full potential. Here's what Swami Vivekananda says about human potential:

Never say, 'No', never say, 'I cannot', for you are infinite. Even time and space are  nothing compared with your nature. You can do anything and everything, you are almighty.

If you look back on your own achievements, there are so many mysteries you witnessed in your life. You might have considered them as coincident or luck. Remember, nothing is coincident in this universe, everything is a perfectly designed incident. To understand these facts, increase your awareness and enhance your consciousness.

Nowadays people are busy in their own personal interests. So, don't wait for someone to motivate you. Take in charge of yourself, drive your life, win your dreams. You have great potential!
