Every individual is born with great potential and possibilities. Due to bad surroundings, environment, and people. Either you are demotivated or wrongly motivated.

Many a times you need someone to tell you, about your capacity, about your potential. Later you attempt and get success. If you are self-motivated and believe in yourself? You can create wonders. Let me explain these 4 real time stories:

Story 1: Magic of thinking big

This is taken from Preface of book: The Magic of thinking Big, written by David Schwartz. He motivated me to read the 360 pages book after reading this story..

Several years ago, I witnessed an exceptionally impressive sales meeting. The vice president in charge of marketing for this company was tremendously excited. He wanted to drive home a point. He had with him on the platform the leading representative in the organization, a very ordinary-looking fellow, who earned in the year just ended just a little under $60,000. The earnings of other representatives averaged $12,000.

The executive challenged the group. Here is what he said: I want you to take a good look at Harry. Look at him! Now, what's Harry got that the rest of you haven't? Harry earned five times the average, but is Harry five times smarter? No, not according to our personnel tests. I checked. They show he’s about average in that department.

And did Harry work five times harder than you fellows? No-not according to the reports. In fact, he took more time off than most of you.

Did Harry have a better territory? Again, I've got to say no. The accounts averaged about the same. Did Harry have more education? Better health? Again, no. Harry is about as average as an average guy could be except for one thing.

The difference between Harry and the rest of you, said the vice president, "the difference is that Harry thought five times bigger."

Then the executive proceeded to show that success is determined not so much by the size of one's brain as it is by the size of one’s thinking. That is Magic of Thinking Big!

Story 2: 480 test cases executed in a day

In the year 2010/11, I was working as Sr. QA Engineer. My manager assigned some tasks by sharing one Excel file with Test Cases. I examined and started executing test cases written in that excel. It was a task to certify travel insurance application with and without airlines bookings. Using the Mainframe terminal, I need to execute them and after the execution, I need to collect the output of each test case and save it in the same excel as a proof.

After receiving that task, I decided to complete that on the same day, having known that it takes more than 8 hours’ time.

I rarely stretch my work hours or I complete my tasks within 8 hours. Since work was more on that day, I stretched 20 to 30 minutes extra and skipped one of my tea breaks. Completed 480 test cases execution in a day, sent an updated excel report to my manager. Next day morning, my manager came to my desk and she was in shock. She asked me how you completed that? It was estimated to complete in 4 to 5 days. I told her, as I decided to complete it in a day, so I did it.

Normal Estimation for that task: 4 to 5 days, which was designed and defined by French colleagues. [counterparts] Initial days there (French colleagues) 8 hours estimation, I used to take 12 to 14 hours to complete. Later days, I broke their estimation with my potential. Their 8 hours task, I used to complete in 4 to 6 hours. 

Sometimes work and estimations doesn’t matter, what we decide, that matters!

Story 3: Delivery of Automation Project.

This happened in one of my previous office. I was performing a QA Management role. There was a complaint from the past 6 to 7 months on an Automation project which was not delivered. My director explained to me about the project, its criticality and resource issues. When I joined that organization, I was occupied in understanding products, teams and client. Weekdays I didn't get time to look into the automation project. 

One weekend I spent time developing an automation framework (Using Java, Selenium, Maven) and automated 8 test cases of one product and demoed to the team. Given initial days mentoring, it helped my team on their automation problems. We were able to deliver automation of API (2 projects) and GUI (5 small projects) within 4 months. No change in team, no new automation resource, just my dream and determination, it made me see those results and delivery. Off-course my team's tremendous cooperation, efforts and dedication helped in that success. 

By demonstrating that, we won one more project from the same client. Trust me it was not that easy [First time we are experimenting GUI, API integration with Allure reports, Jenkins Email compatibility and so on]. I made my team to understand their potential and capabilities. They proved it!

Story 4: 500 sit-ups within an hour

During my college days, in the hostel, I did 500 sit-ups. It was a challenge with friends and I successfully completed by giving a few minutes gap for every 100 sit-ups. [in-fact I was having 1-week calf and muscle pain in later days] Now I can correlate Mohammad Ali sit-ups which are explained in Arnold's video. Stop having plan B. Stop doubting yourself, it's dangerous. Last Tequila shot:

In the year 2017, I visited Himalayas. I completed the trucking summit of 15,700 feet above sea level. My friend who invited me is a professional trekker asked me to practice and get ready for the summit. Before 15 days of the Trek, I started 1-hour walking practice, in Girinagar Swami Vivekananda park, Bengaluru. My friend was laughing, we are going for such a big event, you are practicing in a small park. He told me it's not enough for the summit. I told him, that is more than enough, I know my inner potential.

I'm not a professional trekker, that was my first trek experience.

Finally, we started climbing the Himalayas, it was more difficult than what I imagined, but I decided to complete it. I did it. (Detailed story I will explain in my future blog, it is very interesting and mysterious). Remember, your thoughts have great powers, use them consciously and correctly to experience your real potential!

Hindu Sanskrit scripts says: "Aham Brahmasmi" This is one of the main Mahavakyas from Upanishads. It translates to 'I am Brahma' or 'I am divine'. Like God you can also create mysteries. 

Unfortunately, most of humans have not experienced their full potential. Here's what Swami Vivekananda says about human potential:

Never say, 'No', never say, 'I cannot', for you are infinite. Even time and space are  nothing compared with your nature. You can do anything and everything, you are almighty.

If you look back on your own achievements, there are so many mysteries you witnessed in your life. You might have considered them as coincident or luck. Remember, nothing is coincident in this universe, everything is a perfectly designed incident. To understand these facts, increase your awareness and enhance your consciousness.

Nowadays people are busy in their own personal interests. So, don't wait for someone to motivate you. Take in charge of yourself, drive your life, win your dreams. You have great potential!

Power of LOVE

When you are in full of love, you become totally lightweight. Power of gravity losses its capacity.

When you are making love with your partner, you both feel very lightweight. You jump and fly against the gravity, and that goes as easy as like a feather flying in air.

Ask people who play football or cricket, sometimes they fly in air in such a way that they themselves can't imagine it’s possible. It happened because of full involvement and love in the game they play.

When you are playing games you love and you are interested, you jump into the sky and you fly like a feather.

When you are in deep love and traveling, distance, duration, and feel is very short, light and joyful. Same distance, duration and feel becomes heavy, long and painful when you are not in love or lack of love.

Power of Love:

1. When you are in love with someone/something you eat less, still you don't feel hungry.

2. When you are doing work you love, you don't feel hungry and tired.

3. When you are in love with someone, you don't recognize how time is passing.

4. When you are doing something creative or loving your job, you don't recognize how time is passing.

5. When you are in love, most of the happenings in the world either go unnoticed by you or looks okay to you.

6. When you are in love, you become very courageous and you feel nothing is bigger than LOVE.

7. Love has no religion, no rules, no differentiation, it just happens.

8. Love happens by itself, it's impossible to make someone to love something or someone.

9. Love makes things beautiful, foods tasteful, and places peaceful.

10. Love is a language, it helps to connect hearts and nature.

11. Love is a source of courage, which can fight or withstand against the world.

12. Love is blind, it blinds the mind (blocks logical thinking and business thinking mind), and heart takes full in charge of it.

13. Love has no age, no time, no distance, it can happen in any age, at any time and with any distance, with anything or anyone.

14. Love is a dream and has capacity to make many dream to reality.

Being in love with someone, something and someway is the best way to keep yourself happy and healthy.

Most of the people are suffering because  of lack of love, so they don't like love, because they don't want someone to see with love, which they don't have.

Lack of love is a source of many psychological, physiological and criminal issues.

There are some proofs, that love even can extend the death. I have heard of it and many of you too might have heard as well, recently my close relatives grandfather expired. He had been hospitalized and doctors confirmed  that he can't live longer and  suggested for getting him discharged from hospital, but he was alive till his younger son came and saw/spoke to him, there are many real stories that have been proved, love has capacity to postpone the death.

Watch children play, they run, jump, dance and so on, they do this restlessly, they don’t know what is rest, even they forget to drink water and eat the food. But they don't get tired, they show great energy and their play is like feather movements under the fan/air blows. How this is possible? It's possible with love! They are in full of love with what they are doing. Whereas adults, they don't do anything, by sitting at one place or doing nothing they get tired and feel heavy, because they are with lack of love.

Love can make graveyard as a beautiful garden. If you are in lack of love, beautiful garden looks like a graveyard.

Jesus Christ and Satya Sai Baba realized the power of love, their work mainly focused on Love and nothing else.

If you are looking to enhance your will power and energy love, check where you are in the above table, if you are above the scale of 200 (Courage) your will power and energy levels are positive, most of the happenings in your life will be peaceful and joyful. If you are running any of the negative feelings like; shame, guilt, apathy, grief, fear, desire, anger, and pride, you will possibly experience more suffering and more troubles in life. To reduce negative energy or bring positive energy level greater than scale of 200, I recommend you to read the book: “The Magic“ By-Rhonda Byrne, practice the suggestions which are suggested in the book, that will help you to gain the higher energy levels.

We all need to learn and expand our love, beyond one person or one thing, like children. Loving everything and everyone kills all your desires/boredom and makes your life more beautiful than ever. Don't love only sun raise or sun sets, try loving sun in whole day. Similarly love everything you eat, smell, touch, and see. Try not to differentiate as this is good, that is bad. All the differentiation come from stored memories, mind, and belief system. If you start seeing things with no mind, you have less possibilities to hate many things in this world.

When you love the entire universe, tell me what can disturb you. Nothing can disturb the person, who is in love with everything and everyone and who likes and accepts universe’s actions and screenplays.

In love, biggest hurts looks very small, in hate or lack of love smallest hurt look big.

All boredom, all disinterest and all hate is causing just because; lack of love, if you are in love time passes in such a way; days, months, years, passes like a seconds. Children don’t get boredom only adults, because; adult are suffering from lack of love and lack of curiosity, that is the main reason they experience boredom and disinterest.

When you go to the restaurant to eat a food you love, you don’t mind to wait. When you are standing in a queue for movie ticket to watch your favorite stars movie, when you are waiting for a person you love, you are OK to wait for minutes or hours based on your love and its deepness/involvement. Similarly when you are driving in a road or using stairs if someone is troubling your way or waiting for a person you don’t like, in these situations; you don’t like delay of few seconds or waiting.

How to bring that back love:

• Stop doing things you think as important and serious, relax and stay calm. Stop all comparisons which make you feel jealous, angry or anxiety.
• Just start focusing on smallest happening in your surroundings; cloud movements, trees, birds, and insects, tap water flow, and so on. Watch closely and see there is no tension in them. They all are just cool, calm and normal.
• Stop criticizing, instead of that, understand the situation by getting into their shoes.
• Understand and accept, in this world all are unique in nature. Nothing is made for you, only machines can be possibly be made for someone or something, not the human beings.
• Realize that no one ever escaped from problems; Sri Rama, Sri Krishna, Buddha, Jesus, Mohammad, and so on. All must undergo the situations of life.
• Like day and night, good and bad comes and goes in life, so you must accept both.
• Try seeing beauty in everything you see, develop curiosity, and develop interest in nature and its happenings.
• See how wonderful this universe functions: with same sand, same water and  same climate, each plant is capable to produce different things; groundnut contains oil in seeds, sugar cane produces sugar, jasmine produces fragrance, flower plants produces different colour flowers, cotton plants produces cotton, and so on. Using same sand and water, if you try; you can’t produce/include - oil, sugar, fragrance, colour, cotton and so on. But nature has capacity to bring wonders.
• Spend time with nature, play with kids, sand and water
• Stop thinking about Money, Power and Position they kill all your love and bring restlessness in to your life.
• Spend time with parents, friends and relatives. Visit some new places.
• Help strangers, Love someone with no reason, and try loving the person you hate.

Love has capacity to increase your will power, being in bliss and love gives you stronger will power. If all things are going against your will and nothing is happening in your way is a sign that you are suffering from lack of love and happiness.

Whatever you do others can do, but not how you do!!!

This is a lesson to the management, leaders, and organizations, please pay attention to the subject you are focusing on.

Many times, corporate do reshuffle and reorganization, when doing this, they majorly focus on: Resources, Skills, Experience, Team Sizes and Expectations.

But Beyond the above skill, something comes that is not visible and measurable, but identifiable, if consciously paid attention it.

Let me give an example:

It’s one of my previous interview experience, I had cleared all the technical rounds of interview, finally my interview scheduled with the vice president of the organization. I answered most of his questions, finally he triggered his final question: why I need to hire you?

My answers were: I know Bengaluru has ocean of great talents and skills, if you try same QTP Automation experts (at that time, I was QTP expert) you can find a thousand people, who are better than I, concerning experience, skills, and technology. But you cannot find a person like me, I myself is a special, I'm aware of it. I can't prove it, until you experience it.

He was looking in my eyes, my confidence, my determination that interview got over. I got shortlisted.

In the above case interviewer never seen anything about me, but he sensed it! what I’m and what’s my potential. Yes, that is the truth. All the things, we sense may not be physical or visible to the external eyes, but one can experience internally. Those things matter a lot, for business, relationships, and friendships.

Many a times' managements think resources, skills, experience, and expectations, when doing resize, reorganization and staffing. Majorly organization look for money if we remove one costly resource, we can hire two resources in his/her place. Many a times organization do this mistakes and experience downfall or losses by taking decisions with the above parameters.

Team, Projects or Firms run by the invisible power of the person or leader who is leading or contributing, other than skill he has some magnetizing power to bring things in and out.

Person and Power:

Every computer looks same from outside, when you look for internal configuration (hardware and software), it varies from computer to computer. Similarly, every individual has capacity to gain some powers (soul or aura energy). This is a cosmic power which will come by lot of efforts in that field, as per Indian philosophy these fields are divided into four classes: Karma Yoga, Kriya Yoga, Bhakti Yoga, and Gnana Yoga.

If a person gained any of the above yogic power. He/she has capacity to give tremendous results in their filed. They may not be greatly skilled or experience in that field, but universe responds differently for their requests and prayers.

As Swami Vivekananda said:

In the history of mankind, you will find that there come these messengers, and that from their very birth their mission is found and formed. The whole plan is there, laid down; and you see them swerving not one inch from that. Because they come with a mission, they come with a message. ... When they speak, each word is direct; it bursts like a bomb Shell. What is in the word, unless it has power behind? What matters it what language you speak, and how you arrange your language? What matters it whether you speak correct grammar or with fine rhetoric? What matters it whether your language is ornamental or not? The question is: whether or not you have anything to give? It is a question of giving and taking, and not listening. Have you anything to give? That is the first question. If you have then give.

When organization replacing someone, they only look; is another person is capable to do what current person is doing? But they miss seeing; is the new person is capable to do, how he/she was doing and is the new person has that invisible power/aura! It is very important and crucial for every organization. Every leader or organization should look for: HOW instead of WHAT and it should also look for POWER/AURA level instead of experience, or skills. (Note: Finding once Aura level is very difficult job, if person in conscious and expert in sensing people, he/she can sense that)

HOW: is tremendous thing! HOW has no definitions, HOW may not be stable, predictable, and imaginable? It's dynamic, spontaneous and creative, HOW varies based on time, location and situation with person.

POWER/AURA: is invisible, immeasurable, and unknown. This can be only seen in results or synchronization of teams, work or deliveries.

POWER/AURA terms used for person’s Yogic invisible energy, it’s nothing do with person physical energy and physical capacity.

Example:

You need to call someone. Everyone knows WHAT to do, when to call someone? Only few knows HOW to call someone!

When you are calling someone, you are using same words, but sense of situations, sense of humor, sense of age, sense of location, sense of importance, sense of urgency and person’s power/AURA matters. Based on that, one dynamically adjusts calling tone, vibration, sound, volume, gesture and frequency.

This tone, vibration, sounds, volume, gesture and frequency are built-in features to the person who knows: HOW and has that invisible POWER/AURA.

If you are hiring someone who has answered all your questions, you are just hiring one computer. Computers have no creativity, no sense, and no spontaneity. (Including all AI and machine learning, everything is working based on set of predefined instructions) human capacity is infinite, it is very creative, spontaneous and unpredictable. It takes decision based on: HOW and based on his/her invisible POWER/AURA.

Many a time teams or organizations or sports or games lose or experience failures by removing one person who knows: HOW and who has POWER/AURA. Similarly, many teams or organizations or sports outperformed by adding/hiring one or few people who knows: HOW and who has POWER/AURA.

If you are experiencing exceptional results in team or organizations? It happens when they have a leader or member who knows: HOW and who has POWER/AURA. Similarly, some teams lose to qualify eligibility or failed to deliver minimum things, when they have leader who doesn’t know: HOW and who don’t have that POWER/AURA.

Example: Hit movies, Best Companies, Champion team are associated with the people who knows HOW and have POWER/AURA. That is one of the main reasons the best CEO’s or Leaders in demand, similarly the best actors or actress are in demand.

Here is an example of CEO Bethune, who know HOW and have POWER/AURA: (Ref Book: Start With Why: How Great Leaders Inspire Everyone To Take Action By: Sinek, Simon)

Continental Airlines—the worst airline in the industry. In 1994, the year Bethune took over as the newest CEO (after ten CEO's in that decade), the company had lost $600 million and ranked last in every measurable performance category.

But all that didn't last long once Bethune arrived. The very next year Continental made $250 million and was soon ranked as one of the best companies to work for in America.

How Company turned: From Worst to First? With SAME RESOURCE, SAME TOOLS, SAME PEOPLE? This is because Bethune has that invisible POWER/AURA and used great weapon TRUST, which helped him to influence the entire organization to driver towards his goals. As I mentioned above: universe responds differently to the people who know: HOW and who has POWER/AURA.

Here is another story which demonstrate HOW:

In the middle of Sea, ship engine broken; they brought technician from boat to fix. He came and observed the situation, using his little hammer, he gave a hit in one particular area of the engine, and asked to start the engine. Surprisingly it got fixed! They asked what the fee? He said $2000. They questioned the technician, just a small hit by a little hammer, you are charging this much? Technician replayed with smile: to hit from the hammer I'm not charging much, it costs only $2, I'm charging $1998 for the experience in 20 twenty years I learned HOW to hit. If you hit harder you break the engine, if you hit lighter you can't fix the problem. You are paying money for my experience on HOW.

HOW is invisible, this requires lots of Penance (Tapassu) to learn HOW. It's not written in any book. It comes to the people who have great interest in studying and working in one particular field. Still, it's invisible and suddenly unattainable. That comes to the one who puts lot of effort in the field or gained by any of the above-mentioned yogic practices. When one knows about this, World will connect in such a way…anything they touch it brings a victory.

Watch these videos, every shot of Sachin Tendulkar says: HOW and what is that invisible POWER. Many people know cricket, only few like Sachin Tendulkar knows HOW to play. Similarly, very few people like M.S. Dhoni, knows HOW to lead.

Person who knows HOW and has cosmic POWER/AURA alignment, are unstoppable, unimaginable and immeasurable. Things just happen for those.

Before taking major calls on hiring new or replacing existing resources, Every corporate should look for: Whatever one person is doing, others can do, but not how he/she do.
