Build to Collapse
Every construction must destroy one day. Everyone thinks I am building great and it stays forever.

Nothing on Earth is going to stay forever, it's impossible for someone to build something that stays forever.

Every invention loss its value one day, like programming language Fortran, Pascal, C, C++, and so on. Like operating systems: Win 95, DOS, and so on. Similarly, many great constructions of the history are either destroyed by other groups or by nature.

Kids are building house at beach, using sand. Every kid thinks, this is forever. Next day other group of kids destroy that and build another one, they too assume it is permanent. Similarly, adults are doing the same. Difference is; kids build, play and forget. Adults build, feel, compare and suffer.

Your stay on Earth is like railway station waiting room. Many people write their names on seats and walls in the waiting room. Nothing stays permanent, it stays till others people to get into the waiting room. When others enter, they erase your names, they write their names. This is going on and on. Unfortunately, no one is understanding, what had happened to the earlier things.
Look at the above image those are souvenirs of one generation, now their kids thrown out and brought other things which they feel those are great now! After 20 or 30 years, again their kids do the same. Every thing looses its value after some time, in your childhood you have few toys those are your life, now may be its your mobile, later something else.

Your house may be very beautiful now, in your old age you will witness that your kids will destroy and rebuild their house with their styles and taste.

Look at your house the things you brought and thought those are great and beautiful forever. After few days those things lost their importance and beauty, Now you don’t even noticing their beauty and creativity.

Example; when you are in love with someone, they look so beautiful, once you started hating them, same person looks ugly, reason beauty is not in the things. Beauty is in the mind it makes things beautify or ugly.

Universe is not your house, it's creators house, he organizes and reorganize things in seconds. Whatever you do and build, it's just a quantum leap for him to dissolve.

Only five elements are permanent not forms of the elements. Those five are Earth, Air, Fire, Water, and Space. You build any form out of these, it will not stay forever, one day it will come back to its original form.

If you are not driven by values or not courageous to do something great or not innovative or not helpful to the people or society; having degree is just like having one more paper in your hand.

How holding a certificate looks?
Let me tell you one small story which I realized and created after I started writing this blog…

There is big forest with different types of wild animals and few tigers are the leaders of the forest.

One day suddenly there was one announcement from the Parrot, announcement is like this: “This is tiger certification program announcement; people who haven't certified as tiger from the institute F-Tiger, may please apply for the certification and practice using the syllabus of the institution. Important note is; whoever gets certified will be treated as leaders of the forest”.

Hearing this news, real tigers started wondering – why do we need certification when we are born tigers?! Scared of losing the forest leadership; they decided not to ignore this certification.

So, they informed other tigers as well, all of them went to the certification center. There was so much crowd over there - many tigers, leopard, foxes, wolfs, cows and so on. All were standing in a queue to pay fee and collect the course materials.

Funniest thing was that, the certification center was headed by management who are all foxes!!!

So, these real tigers started working day and night for the exam. On the day of examination; the real tigers along with other animals appeared for the exam.
They had theory and practical exams, and went home. While returning, the real tiger group was not happy as they felt they didn't do well in the exam.

Finally result day came…!

Tiger Certification management (Group of Foxes) came out and announced, F-tiger certified candidates are: 3 Foxes, 1 Wolf and 1 Tiger.

So, guidelines were passed as- “from now on; only certified people will be the leaders of the forest”. The real tigers who failed in the exam felt bad and surrendered. Still they were wondering about the results.

The exam was more on Foxes and its activities, how come the Wolf and another Tiger cleared this exam? Reason was; that tiger and wolf went missing in the forest in childhood, and they grew up with the group of Foxes. So, they were habituated with all fox activities and life styles.

See this is how our current certification system instills fear, fakes and makes Foxes as Tigers and vice versa.

Our college education is sufficient to provide all aspects of the professional requirements. Those who are done with that, it's more than enough. Of course, there is a self-learning to enhance further.

Whereas this certification is like Fox groups creating fear and stealing money from masses. Pathetic thing is real tigers can't pass these stupid exams.

Sorry folks of PMP or ISTQB or CSTE or IIM or IIT or any, this is the truth and you too know about it.

Many of you are aware of this certification fever is going on in corporate sectors. As PMP gives good manager, ISTQB gives good quality engineer, IIT or Stanford give good Engineer, IIM/MBA gives good management administrator and so on.
If you think or believe that certification gives quality people? What about the below story

One of my friend scored 100% in ISTQB, it doesn't mean, he is a greatest QE on the earth. He was fortunate enough to get questions from the sample question paper he referred. Similarly, PMP or Stanford or IIT or IIM or ISTQB or Any…

Since I'm software quality engineer (QE), let me take my own field of certification: For one person to become a good quality engineer, he or she must be very creative, should have test to break attitude, should have logical thinking and investigative nature, should have burning desire in finding bugs and give quality, also capable to see one thing in different dimensions that results in many test scenarios. And he/she should never feel that testing is completed, that means; they should always think and act in different ways to break the application.

Similarly, PMP/IIM will never provide a great manager. If they really do that? then, my classmate who is a topper in college, he will score 100% in PMP/IIM. Whereas he is very weak in people management, communication and so on. If you consider only PMP/IIM gives? Give him a manager post! If you see only certificates, you are hiring one BOOK.

Let me give one real time example of the real manager or leader I witnessed.
I was constructing a farm building, and decided to hire the same person who constructed our home.

His name is Obanna, not Obama, it's OBANNA, he stays next to my village involved in building construction. He is a Mestri (Mestri in Kannada means lead in English) has around 4 to 5 teams working for him, each team varied in size: 10, 15, 20 so on. Construction happens in different geographical locations (villages or towns nearby). He manages all the teams through phone call (virtual management) and he will be physically present at one location. Workers under him are not stable, not professional, uncontrollable, uneducated, and have NO Loan/EMI’s 😊 but Obanna has a great skill in dealing with them, all the things happen as expected and as planned. How?

Reasons I have seen in him are:
1. He is aware of kinds of works and his estimations are clear on the teams.
2. He is aware of who is doing what or who can do what and how to get connected with them.
3. He knows - when to speak and when to act and when to be silent.
4. He is humorous and challenging too.
5. He had worked in many projects before he took leadership (not by certificates)
6. He maintains the balance between house owners/constructor’s and his team members.
7. Without big education (studied till 4th standard in Kannada medium), he knew about; what is estimation, planning, team building, team outing, talent recognition, work and life balance, planning and so on.

I told him you are the real great manager I have ever seen, as you don’t even know what are workshops, management course, self-help guide and so on.  Obanna just laughed at me for my words.
What I observed in OBANNA is shown in the below image; i.e. he is a leader not a boss.
Have you ever noticed that trees and flowers growing in bushes and wild are more beautiful and stronger than the garden grown? Same is here, some of the certified people just look like cropped garden plants, they look like robots. You know how robots function; they can’t think, they can’t be creative, they can’t be dynamic, they are just work based on algorithms and its instructions.

Life is dynamic, it's like a running river, every second it changes, that is its nature. No certification will help you in corporate to grow company to the higher level. Start identifying people who are creative, skilled and talented from the masses.

Real leaders or experts come from masses, their creativity is not certified by institutions. Of course, institutions try copying them and produce content (copies/slave) in later stages. Example: IIM Ahmedabad doing case study on Bollywood blockbuster 'Baahubali' movie which was directed by S. S. Rajamouli, what is S.S Rajamouli’s education and which certifications he has…

Take few examples:
A. R. Rahman in music, Raja Ravi Varma in Arts/Painting, Lata Mangeshkar in playback singing, Sachin Tendulkar in Cricket, Diego Maradona in Football, Rabindranath Tagore in Literature, what is their academic score in related subjects/skills, did they pursue any certification before they become popular in that field?

Let's see these people’s qualification:
Abraham Lincoln, Nelson Mandela, Barack Obama, Indira Gandhi, Narendra Modi, what is the score of these people in political science subject. Do you think that certification helped them to achieve success? Never. If someone thinks so, I don't know what to say to them.

Many corporate employees, out of fear, are running behind PMP, ISTQB, CSTE and many more certifications. These certification companies encash this fear. If certification is the measurement then CEO or business owners should have 100’s of certificates. But most of the successful leaders are college dropouts!!!
List of entrepreneurs who dropped out of college:
· Michael Dell, Dell founder, dropped out at 19
· Steve Jobs, Apple founder, dropped out at 19
· Julian Assange, Wikileaks founder, dropped out at 19
· Bill Gates, Microsoft founder, dropped out at 20
· Evan Williams, Twitter co-founder, dropped out at 20
· Mark Zuckerberg, Facebook founder, dropped out at 20
· Larry Ellison, Oracle founder, dropped out at 20
· Jan Koum, WhatsApp founder, dropped out at 21
· Travis Kalanick, Uber founder, dropped out at 21
· John Mackey, Whole Foods founder, dropped out at 22


To hire real tiger or real creative or real leader. As per many CEO’s and great leader suggestion; “don’t look for institutions or certifications, look only for skills”.

If someone is looking into Caste/State/Language/Education/Certificates while hiring, soon or later that organization will vanish.

Employers – here is your choice:
1. Which chef food is good, to run your restaurant successfully? hire the real cook instead of certified chef.
2. Improve the manger hiring process, like for employees you ask manager reference, get team members reference for the manager from previously managed companies, conduct some checks on how he or she was managing. Later take a call on hiring them. If you hire based on certification then better hire one book or robot, it may be equivalent to it.
3. Don’t make everyone as Tech head or Manager, just because they have worked for many years in the organization. In that case you need to give preference to the walls and doors of the office, they too stay longer with office.
4. Remember, while hiring – watch CEO’s type of behaviors in hiring employees, ownership attitude, and commitment. They are the only possibility to take company to the next level, Learn from Google, Facebook and Microsoft.

c. The Most Successful People Explain Why a College Degree is USELESS
5. Is manager real or not? You should identify them by the employee survey (who got highest rating). Not by the PMP/IIM MBA.
6. Is engineer real or not? You should identify them by their innovation which will generate revenue (not a non-sense innovations). Not by degrees of Sanford or IIT or any. That is the reason I say Sanford, PMP, IIM, and IIT may produce bad manager or engineer.
7. Please don’t give leadership positions in corporate; just because they returned from America or they have American citizenship. If donkey stays 10 years in America it may also get citizenship. What is the use? Its having all its core nature. That’s why Benjamin Franklin said as: “Some People Die At 25 And Aren't Buried Until 75”

From which school or which certification these people have - Albert Einstein, Aryabhata, Archimedes, Thomas Alva Edison, Isaac Newton. School or college can produce disciplinary or machine type of people, creativity is born outside of the school. Height of stupidity is to find creativity in school or college or certifications.

Tell me what you will do, with the below people:
1. PMP/IIM certified manager receives least rating in employee survey.
2. Java/Python certified person not able to fix a bug or understand the code or logic.
3. ISTQB/CSTE certified person not able to find the bugs in application or a product.
4. Sales/Marketing certified person not able to sell or market the products.
5. Certified musician or art person not able give good art or music to the world.
6. Certified chef not able to cook a real delicious food.

Creativity comes not by certification, many institutions have tried and failed. Reason is the certifications will teach mainly on earlier successful scenarios. Life is dynamic, it changes its routes, ways and dimensions in every single minute. Only creative people get along with it and get success. Not certified people.

If you guide someone to take one route, and if s/he gets blocked in that route, s/he will ask for help, whereas creative person find the alternative routes and reach the destination.

Build and Battle

Working- people and achievers are getting problems. People who don’t work and don’t achieve something great, they don’t get any problems. Reason; disturbing people know that they are not harmful to them. they target and fight with working or smart or talented people, because they are the problem to them.

If you are in corporate and not a good contributor, you have no worries, no one disturbs you. People pluck and attack only low hanging fruit.

Walking people stumbles, Contestants get opponents, Non-walking never stumble and non-contestants or normal voters never get opponents.

This is an era of computation, struggle, and fight. Anonymous selection and honest recognition is not an easy job.

A.P.J Abdul Kalam get Satish Dhawan type of people, you will not possible to get Satish Dhawan kind of people as your superior, to identified you as smart and talented.

[SV] This world is great gymnasium where we come to make ourselves strong. [SV]

Just imagine Lion become peaceful and started begging deer. Deer Deer please cooperate I want to eat you. Deer will kick the Lion's ass. Lion must keep its original quality to survive. Many times, many people try lot to destruct you and make you feel as sheep, never get into those traps. You are Born Lions! Don't forget your original nature. Don't allow someone to rule your mind, take control of your mind. Win your mind to win the world.

Be truthful, be honest, let the planets change its positions, today or tomorrow, truth must win. Never step back, never quit, if you are facing danger? welcome like Akka Mahadevi [Kannada Poet], if something comes tomorrow, let it come today, if something coming today, let it come right NOW!

Don't listen anyone, everyone tells something by considering their wishes [hidden agenda] and dreams in their mind. Listen to your heart and go with your gut feeling. That is the only feeling connected with your heart. Don't even listed to your own mind, mind miss guides you, reason it always goes with the logics and fear. Gut feeling has no logics and no fear, it has direct connection with divine.

[SV] Let people say whatever they like, stick to your own convictions, and rest assured, the world will be at your feet. They say, 'have faith in this fellow or that fellow', that's the way. Have faith in yourself - all power is in you - be conscious and bring it out. Say, 'I can do everything'. 'Even the poison of snake is powerless, if you can firmly deny it.' [SV]

You want to be more courageous? Be more spiritual. Spirituality bring courage to your life.

You cannot be trusting if you are not courageous

You cannot be inquiring into reality if you are not courageous,

Hence courage comes first and everything else follows.


People full of fear make others afraid so they can rest at ease. They know well that now you will not touch them, you will not trespass their boundaries. [O]

Let me give my definition of religious and spiritual:
1. Spiritual means being truthful and loving all with no discriminations. [Universal LOVE]
2. Religious means being biased way of truthful and discriminating other religions. [Restricted LOVE]

Do not die with dreams, make sure before you are dying, you are seeing the reality of your dreams.

Don't consider failures, more failures mean you are more stronger, more matured, more closer to the success. Don't give up, you never know how close you are to the success.

When you fly high, people will throw stones at you. Don't look down. Just fly higher so the stones won't reach you.

People back talk about you means, you are 2 steps ahead of them, feel happy for that.

People trouble you a lot means, you are 10 steps ahead of them, feel great for that.

[TDJ]As a leader you need to develop the weaponry of Nehemiah, Nehemiah is a great illustration of great leadership. Because Nehemiah building back the walls of Jerusalem, which is helping the people of Jerusalem. While he is being fight on every side and he begins to build the wall with a Trowel in one hand, Sword in other hand ---- to build a wall and fight the destructs.

Building with one hand and fighting with other hand, you can’t stop building just because you are involved in fighting, you can’t stop fighting just because you are involved in building. That’s why God gave you two hands, build with one and fight with the other. Don’t forget you got two hands. You can’t stop building, you can’t stop battling…. battle and build. Build and Battle.


In fact the more you build, the more you battle, you can’t build anything that wouldn’t bring a battle. And you are going thru a battle right now, that’s only because you are building something. Because people don’t fight with people who don’t build, they only fight you because you are building.

If you wouldn’t be building anything, nobody will battle, more you start building, more you got battle, think it’s not strange, this is a part of your job. If you take the lead, you will become a target, have courage. [TDJ]

[SV] This world is not for cowards. Do not try to fly. Look not for success or failure. Join yourself to the perfectly unselfish will and work on. Know that the mind which is born to succeed joins itself to a determined will and perseveres.... Live in the midst of the battle of life. Anyone can keep calm in a cave or when asleep. Stand in the whirl and madness of action and reach the center. If you have found the center, you can't be moved. [SV]

History has been proven, people who think advance are condemned, criticized, later accepted.

[SV] Each work has to pass through these stages - ridicule, opposition, and then acceptance. Each man who thinks ahead of his time is sure to be misunderstood. So, opposition and persecution are welcome, only I have to be steady and pure and must have immense faith in God, and all these will vanish. [SV]

Go deeper, life is like an ocean, top layer filled with plastic waste and garbage, little deep you find fishes, deeper you go, you will find; pearl, gems, so on.

[SV]Be free hope for nothing from any one. I'm sure if look back upon your lives, you will find that you were always vainly trying to get help from others, which never come. All the help that has come was from within yourselves. [SV]

[SV]Never say, 'No'; never say 'I cannot', for you are infinite. Even time and space are nothing compared with your nature. You can do anything and everything, you are Almighty. [SV]

[SV]Get up and put your shoulders to the wheel - how long is this life for? As you have come in to this world, leave some mark behind. Otherwise, where is the difference between you and the trees and stones? [SV]

Does your corporate have Open Doors or Closed Doors?!

Today's corporate has culture of open doors. This is the Hight of democracy, so that it allows anyone can speak with anyone.

If any corporate restricts or does not entertain this open doors or open communication culture, within few years, it will evaporate.

Opposite to open doors is nothing but closed doors, this closed-door help corrupt, political, unethical people to ruin the organization.

Just close your eyes for a minute, see how dark it is! Just imagine, if corporate close doors to the employee to express their feedback for one year, what level of darkness it will be getting in!?

That is the reason corporate office have employee survey, open doors, many more.

Let me tell what is this open doors?

World top organizations conduct this open doors day in quarterly or biquarterly basis. In this day, top management (MD,VP, COO, CTO, CEO) available in the office, any employee can directly meet and talk to them, this is a forum to express Plus and Minus of organization. This is a great help to the organization, to listen employee concern and act on them.

If any organization have some corrupt or unethical people in 2 or 3 levels, it's highly difficult to the leaf level employee to complain organization failures or issues. Since 2 or 3 levels have not good people, it will never reach the top leadership. So obviously that organization, sooner or later, destroy investors’ money and fail.

This open doors is a great concept, it allows anyone can go and express pros and cons of the organization.

Life begins when opens the doors, this is an endless possibilities. The moment you come out of your mother's womb, you are in state of open door.
  •       You are curious to know
  •      You are interested in every single organism
  •      You are interested in every single word you listen.
  •      Your growth is tremendous, reason you opened the doors for everything.

Once you grown up, many of your surrounding started telling stories, convincing you to close the doors. The moment you followed them, you stared decaying, the moment you close the door, you are dead.

In one of the phone call I told my friend Dr.Ramesh about my new blog, he suggested 2 points on this open doors, as per his view Open Doors should be opened both the sides.

Here are those views...
1.One side to listen idea, other side to implement that idea.
2.One side to listen problem, other side throwing out the problem causing people/process.

Corporate problems or solution list..
  1. There are some teams/person eating corporate money by stretching 3 days’ work to 3 months.
  2. There are some teams/person hiring their relatives, friends, castes, so on, ruin corporate progress.
  3. There are some teams/person destroying great talents, pulling down the growing people, allowing dumb to grow.
  4. There are some teams/person eating corporate money, by using all its loop holes.
  5. There are some teams/person making money by misusing office authority or operation, so on.
  6. There are some teams/person ignoring great innovation or ideas of the employees.

Who will report this? Whom to report this? Only possibility is open doors/anonymous survey.

Some of the corrupt manager or leaders prevent you to inform your achievements to the next level, they tell there is a process to maintain corporate structure. Of course, that is right? not for all the cases! If something extraordinary achieved, what is wrong in informing little higher levels. If it is not informed, there are possibilities, corrupt manger or lead or employee show individuals work as its own. And take all the credit to himself.

Open doors is a forum for the achievers. This is a day; they can directly meet the top leaders and explain how much value they have created to the organization, what benefits or growth they missed because of internal politics, corruption, so on.

There are many hundreds of Sundar Pichai, Mark Zuckerberg type of great minds, are killed, pulled, destroyed, demolished, by closed minded and closed doors people, many corporate restricts employees to approach higher management, this is the reason we are unable to produce many Sundar Pichai, Mark Zuckerberg kind of people.

Open doors is not a new concept, it born the day, the democracy born.
  •        Common man can reach President or Prime Minister.
  •       Student can reach Principal.
  •       Person can reach or ask the God.

There are some corrupt Sage/Priests restricted to reach the God also. That's why Buddha come to show and tell God is inside you. Later Adi Shankaracharya come to tell, as you are the Shiva/God.( Shivoham = I’m GOD).

In corporate, some are avoiding or introduce closed doors, you know why? they are not good, and they don't want other good to grow.

If any corporate or person prevent employee to reach top leaders, they are non-democrats, you can also call them as dictators. They are close to Adolf Hitler. Or it's like Father or Mother telling a child, you can reach up to my level, don't talk to Grandma or Grandpa or Grand Grand so on.

Anyone can reach anyone, doesn't mean that you send your daily status report to President. Send something that requires national heads attention. Don’t send all junk you do or have.

Open doors is equal to LIGHT. Closed doors is equal to DARK.

Love means open doors, because love is acceptance. Hate means closed doors, because hate is rejection.

WHITE IS EQUAL TO OPEN, BLACK IS EQUAL TO CLOSE, Knowingly or unknowingly, Thief, Terrors, Killers use Black Color and Sages, Priests, Mullah’s use white color. Similarly, for peace White color is used, for Protest Black color is used.


Corporate/Software industries please open your eyes and introduce open doors/anonymous surveys. If not soon or later you will vanish.
