Medicine kills more than the diseases


What scientific and technological development have we achieved today? Earlier days we had one or two medical stores per town, five to ten medical stores per district. Now every house has one medical store.

Reason to all this is; we are moving from sane to insane. In the name of advancement, we are sacrificing human health. As Sadhguru Jaggi Vasudev said; people are sacrificing their health to upgrade the world economic health.

We have most foolish definition for the health issues. Diseases are born out of bad weather, bad food, polluted air, unhealthy water, and so on. If those are true and that is causing health issues, all the people who lived in that city should get all health issues. If you take an example of Bengaluru city, I can show you more than hundred people who are 80+ years age and taking no medicine and living healthy life.

How come these people are healthy, they are also eating what others eat, drinking water, what others drink, breathing air what others breath. They are living in a same weather condition what others living in. If you investigate on this you will find amazing facts or differences in their life style.

These 80+ aged people are still healthy and living without any medicine, is because they have taken this life as easy as possible Life is easy. Why do we make it so hard? | Jon Jandai | TEDxDoiSuthep. They are living life with lots of fun and non-serious way.

Now a days people in 30s are getting diseases, it's almost same kind of diseases which were notified earlier at the age 70s or 80s.

As D.V.Gundappa said life is like a pond, one should learn to swim on top layers of it, to enjoy the life. People who go deep into the pond and disturb the bottom of the pond will definitely get all mud and dirt. To enjoy life, they must learn to be the in top layers of life.

Another reason for all health issues is; people eat everything they get, here I'm not speaking on food items. I'm speaking on outside environmental effects and influences.

Let me explain with an example: if you go to hotel, what you eat? The food you liked? Or all the food they have cooked in the hotel? You eat what you like. Whereas when you go outside, you see hundred different people and their behaviours, you and your mind/emotions react to all the nonsense which is happening in your surroundings. Why you take your surroundings so seriously, why other person should act and behave the way you wanted? Never ever expect that others should live the way you like.

It's impossible! you know why? It's because, in your family; if you go to restaurant, each one of you order different food items. How come with 10 million population in cities like Bengaluru, people will behave the way you want?

Instead of feeling angry, anxiety and stressed towards all you don't like, just accept the fact that each individual is unique and they behave based on their parenting, culture, education, and environmental effects. Who are you to change them? You are unable to change your own family member on their small act and behaviours? Than how you can change the public?

Your peace is disturbed by your surroundings. It means you are eating what you don't want. You are eating everything that is happening in your surroundings or in office. Like hotel you must eat what you liked it, instead of everything which is available in streets/offices. This unhealthy mental eating causes intelligence indigestion(also refer: Brain Pollution) which leads to many health issues.

According to Helsinki Businessmen Study, conducted in Finland, people who are taking regular health check-ups are suffering with more health issues and less life expectancy. Whereas people who are not having regular health check-ups are living healthy life with more life expectancy.
They also figured out 4 times more death rate in the people who are having regular health check-ups.

Here is the best illustration for our medical stupidity: Giraffe lives only about 25 years and have the highest blood pressure in the animal kingdom, elephant lives about 70 years they have lower blood pressure, to experiment this; let's give some drugs to Giraffe to lower the blood pressure, this cases problem to Giraffe to lift the head high, if they don't lift their head, they can't get the leaves of the tree, so what science will do they grow genetically modified trees which will not grow high.

This is how our medical world functions today, in the name of curing one disease, they are introducing 100 different health issues, later they are supplying drugs for those 100 hundred health issues, this gives 1000 side effects on health.


Health of animals are self-regulating no one measures BP, respiratory, and so on. Whereas most intelligent being, humans are regulated by medicine industry.

Human being is easier to trap. If you create false news or fear, they all run towards doctors and medical stores to save themselves.

Information Intelligence Indigestion (III) A/U


Human are becoming more and more informative and intelligent with this intelligence, people are inviting more and more problem, you know why? Please read till the end, to make your life less freaky, less geeky, less miserable and make a life more happy, more friendly, more likable, more cool and calm.

Take an example:
If you eat more than required amount, what will happen to you?
Answer: Indigestion.

If you increase capacity of information and intelligence more than your capacity to handle, what will happen to you?
Answer: you become psychopath or mental patient or freaky.

You believe it or not, that's how it is. there are solutions for every problem.

When you get indigestion by over eating what you do?
You take, gelusil tablet/liquid or digestive tablet or you need to do Yoga or Surya Namaskar.

What to do to handle Information Intelligence Indigestion?
You drink alcohol, take drug, involving in some creative or entrainment activates or do some meditation.

See there are two obvious and healthy ways to deal with it:
1. Yoga cures food indigestion.
2. Meditation cures Information Intelligence Indigestion.

Whereas current generation found some shortcut ways for the same:
1. Gelicel or tablets using to cure for food indigestion.
2. Alcohol or drug using to cure mental indigestion.

Let's see which way is good for you..

What happens when you do computer system a random shutdown?
It corrupt many files, and it's not good for hard disc health, so on.

Similarly, if you use table, drugs, alcohol to cure food or mental indigestion, there are side effects, which will damage your; liver, kidney, heart, intestain, brain cells, so on.

Why proper shutdown is needed to the computer?
To make sure all files closed properly and to make sure hardware gets smooth transition to end and stop system process.

Similarly we need Yoga and Meditation for human beings, it helps to digest or organize the food or mind with no side effects.

Today we see many geeky and freaky people, reason is obvious; People who gain so much information and intelligence, they don't drink alcohol or they don't do meditation, what will happen? it just made them nonsenses and freaks.

Sometimes alcohol drinking people look and behave cool and calm, then non-alcohol or non-meditative freaks.

I'm not saying all should drink alcohol, why don't you try for Meditation and Yoga. For this you say that, you don't have time! So better continue freaking, people will brand you as freaky or geeky or mad.

In early days in one village, one or two used to consume alcohol, they are considered as freaks, by others. Reason; they don't have knowledge and isolated from the knowledgeable people. Now it's reverse, in a village one or two don't drink, they are considered as freaks. Reason; generation to generation, information and intelligence capacity increased, and it created Information Intelligence Indigestion. So, many are finding easy ways (smoking, alcohol, drugs, so on) to deal or handle it, few are finding right way (Meditation, Prayer, so on) to deal or handle. Other few are neither in this way nor in that way, so they are branded as freaks or insane.

Just look at any intelligent fellow with no habits of meditation or alcohol, they are always living with high blood pressure, tension, anxiety, stress, depression, anger, short temper, fighting, so on.

Come out of your ignorance, don'tsay you don't have time, for your own sake, for your own branding purpose, for your own wellbeing, invest 30 or 60 minutes in a day on Meditation, or else you will go mad.

Don't try for easy solutions like smoking or alcohol or drugs, for the moment it may keep you cool, later you need to pay back.

Dear loved one, help your loved ones, by guiding them to do Yoga and Meditation.

Mediation is very simple technique, people feel uncomfortable doing it, because from childhood our education is guiding how to deal with complex things. So, simple things are becoming difficult and impossible to deal with. So, initial days it needs some patients to learn, later you will be master in dealing everything.

People who do smoking or consume alcohol or drugs to deal this Information Intelligence Indigestion, please try mediation, reason; those requires incremental increase in dose, since your body feels no effect for small doses, instead of increasing doses and destroying your health, try Mediation, to get ultimate KICK and satisfaction. Remember, this height of satisfaction is not possible in the day you begin the mediation, just try for 30 days, daily 30 or 60 minutes, later you will be living in bliss or ecstasy.

Look at the Buddha any posture you see, he is cool, calm, and quiet. It seems, that is the only message; he wanted to give to the world. Reason; it’s good, working, and he realized it. Trust me, I too find difficulty to sit with that posture with no moments and unshakable for 30min, just breathing and watching the breathing, now I’m very comfortable in doing it.
 Someone finding difficulty in sitting like that, use any of the below posture; start from 5min, next day 10min, next day 20min, increase like this, till 60min, based on your requirement and satisfaction. Remember, more you do more you are free and confident.

Note: Any posture is OK, make sure your spinal cord straight with no bends, for the effective benefits of Meditation.
