I'm not telling some imaginary stories or fictions, presenting facts. Here is the awards link which I have received for my contributions in Corporate! [Click to see: My Awards] All my awards are unexpected, because I have not done things to get awards. I have done as I was experiencing joy by doing it. [No force, No Passion, just a Joy!]

Every individual is born with great potential and possibilities. Due to bad surroundings, environment, and people. Either you are demotivated or wrongly motivated.

Many a times you need someone to tell you, about your capacity, about your potential. Later you attempt and get success. If you are self-motivated and believe in yourself? You can create wonders. Let me explain these 4 real time stories:

Story 1: Magic of thinking big

This is taken from Preface of book: The Magic of thinking Big, written by David Schwartz. He motivated me to read the 360 pages book after reading this story..

Several years ago, I witnessed an exceptionally impressive sales meeting. The vice president in charge of marketing for this company was tremendously excited. He wanted to drive home a point. He had with him on the platform the leading representative in the organization, a very ordinary-looking fellow, who earned in the year just ended just a little under $60,000. The earnings of other representatives averaged $12,000.

The executive challenged the group. Here is what he said: I want you to take a good look at Harry. Look at him! Now, what's Harry got that the rest of you haven't? Harry earned five times the average, but is Harry five times smarter? No, not according to our personnel tests. I checked. They show he’s about average in that department.

And did Harry work five times harder than you fellows? No-not according to the reports. In fact, he took more time off than most of you.

Did Harry have a better territory? Again, I've got to say no. The accounts averaged about the same. Did Harry have more education? Better health? Again, no. Harry is about as average as an average guy could be except for one thing.

The difference between Harry and the rest of you, said the vice president, "the difference is that Harry thought five times bigger."

Then the executive proceeded to show that success is determined not so much by the size of one's brain as it is by the size of one’s thinking. That is Magic of Thinking Big!

Story 2: 480 test cases executed in a day

In the year 2010/11, I was working as Sr. QA Engineer. My manager assigned some tasks by sharing one Excel file with Test Cases. I examined and started executing test cases written in that excel. It was a task to certify travel insurance application with and without airlines bookings. Using the Mainframe terminal, I need to execute them and after the execution, I need to collect the output of each test case and save it in the same excel as a proof.

After receiving that task, I decided to complete that on the same day, having known that it takes more than 8 hours’ time.

I rarely stretch my work hours or I complete my tasks within 8 hours. Since work was more on that day, I stretched 20 to 30 minutes extra and skipped one of my tea breaks. Completed 480 test cases execution in a day, sent an updated excel report to my manager. Next day morning, my manager came to my desk and she was in shock. She asked me how you completed that? It was estimated to complete in 4 to 5 days. I told her, as I decided to complete it in a day, so I did it.

Normal Estimation for that task: 4 to 5 days, which was designed and defined by French colleagues. [counterparts] Initial days there (French colleagues) 8 hours estimation, I used to take 12 to 14 hours to complete. Later days, I broke their estimation with my potential. Their 8 hours task, I used to complete in 4 to 6 hours. 

Sometimes work and estimations doesn’t matter, what we decide, that matters!

Story 3: Delivery of Automation Project.

This happened in one of my previous office. I was performing a QA Management role. There was a complaint from the past 6 to 7 months on an Automation project which was not delivered. My director explained to me about the project, its criticality and resource issues. When I joined that organization, I was occupied in understanding products, teams and client. Weekdays I didn't get time to look into the automation project. 

One weekend I spent time developing an automation framework (Using Java, Selenium, Maven) and automated 8 test cases of one product and demoed to the team. Given initial days mentoring, it helped my team on their automation problems. We were able to deliver automation of API (2 projects) and GUI (5 small projects) within 4 months. No change in team, no new automation resource, just my dream and determination, it made me see those results and delivery. Off-course my team's tremendous cooperation, efforts and dedication helped in that success. 

By demonstrating that, we won one more project from the same client. Trust me it was not that easy [First time we are experimenting GUI, API integration with Allure reports, Jenkins Email compatibility and so on]. I made my team to understand their potential and capabilities. They proved it!

Story 4: 500 sit-ups within an hour

During my college days, in the hostel, I did 500 sit-ups. It was a challenge with friends and I successfully completed by giving a few minutes gap for every 100 sit-ups. [in-fact I was having 1-week calf and muscle pain in later days] Now I can correlate Mohammad Ali sit-ups which are explained in Arnold's video. Stop having plan B. Stop doubting yourself, it's dangerous. Last Tequila shot:

In the year 2017, I visited Himalayas. I completed the trucking summit of 15,700 feet above sea level. My friend who invited me is a professional trekker asked me to practice and get ready for the summit. Before 15 days of the Trek, I started 1-hour walking practice, in Girinagar Swami Vivekananda park, Bengaluru. My friend was laughing, we are going for such a big event, you are practicing in a small park. He told me it's not enough for the summit. I told him, that is more than enough, I know my inner potential.

I'm not a professional trekker, that was my first trek experience.

Finally, we started climbing the Himalayas, it was more difficult than what I imagined, but I decided to complete it. I did it. (Detailed story I will explain in my future blog, it is very interesting and mysterious). Remember, your thoughts have great powers, use them consciously and correctly to experience your real potential!

Hindu Sanskrit scripts says: "Aham Brahmasmi" This is one of the main Mahavakyas from Upanishads. It translates to 'I am Brahma' or 'I am divine'. Like God you can also create mysteries. 

Unfortunately, most of humans have not experienced their full potential. Here's what Swami Vivekananda says about human potential:

Never say, 'No', never say, 'I cannot', for you are infinite. Even time and space are  nothing compared with your nature. You can do anything and everything, you are almighty.

If you look back on your own achievements, there are so many mysteries you witnessed in your life. You might have considered them as coincident or luck. Remember, nothing is coincident in this universe, everything is a perfectly designed incident. To understand these facts, increase your awareness and enhance your consciousness.

Nowadays people are busy in their own personal interests. So, don't wait for someone to motivate you. Take in charge of yourself, drive your life, win your dreams. You have great potential!

Working- people and achievers are getting problems. People who don’t work and don’t achieve something great, they don’t get any problems. Reason; disturbing people know that they are not harmful to them. they target and fight with working or smart or talented people, because they are the problem to them.

If you are in corporate and not a good contributor, you have no worries, no one disturbs you. People pluck and attack only low hanging fruit.

Walking people stumbles, Contestants get opponents, Non-walking never stumble and non-contestants or normal voters never get opponents.

This is an era of computation, struggle, and fight. Anonymous selection and honest recognition is not an easy job.

A.P.J Abdul Kalam get Satish Dhawan type of people, you will not possible to get Satish Dhawan kind of people as your superior, to identified you as smart and talented.

[SV] This world is great gymnasium where we come to make ourselves strong. [SV]

Just imagine Lion become peaceful and started begging deer. Deer Deer please cooperate I want to eat you. Deer will kick the Lion's ass. Lion must keep its original quality to survive. Many times, many people try lot to destruct you and make you feel as sheep, never get into those traps. You are Born Lions! Don't forget your original nature. Don't allow someone to rule your mind, take control of your mind. Win your mind to win the world.

Be truthful, be honest, let the planets change its positions, today or tomorrow, truth must win. Never step back, never quit, if you are facing danger? welcome like Akka Mahadevi [Kannada Poet], if something comes tomorrow, let it come today, if something coming today, let it come right NOW!

Don't listen anyone, everyone tells something by considering their wishes [hidden agenda] and dreams in their mind. Listen to your heart and go with your gut feeling. That is the only feeling connected with your heart. Don't even listed to your own mind, mind miss guides you, reason it always goes with the logics and fear. Gut feeling has no logics and no fear, it has direct connection with divine.

[SV] Let people say whatever they like, stick to your own convictions, and rest assured, the world will be at your feet. They say, 'have faith in this fellow or that fellow', that's the way. Have faith in yourself - all power is in you - be conscious and bring it out. Say, 'I can do everything'. 'Even the poison of snake is powerless, if you can firmly deny it.' [SV]

You want to be more courageous? Be more spiritual. Spirituality bring courage to your life.

You cannot be truthful if you are not courageous

You cannot be loving if you are not courageous

You cannot be trusting if you are not courageous

You cannot be inquiring into reality if you are not courageous,

Hence courage comes first and everything else follows.

People full of fear make others afraid so they can rest at ease. They know well that now you will not touch them, you will not trespass their boundaries. [O]

Let me give my definition of religious and spiritual:

1. Spiritual means being truthful and loving all with no discriminations. [Universal LOVE]

2. Religious means being biased way of truthful and discriminating other religions. [Restricted LOVE]

Do not die with dreams, make sure before you are dying, you are seeing the reality of your dreams.

Don't consider failures, more failures mean you are more stronger, more matured, more closer to the success. Don't give up, you never know how close you are to the success.

When you fly high, people will throw stones at you. Don't look down. Just fly higher so the stones won't reach you.

People back talk about you means, you are 2 steps ahead of them, feel happy for that.

People trouble you a lot means, you are 10 steps ahead of them, feel great for that.

[TDJ]As a leader you need to develop the weaponry of Nehemiah, Nehemiah is a great illustration of great leadership. Because Nehemiah building back the walls of Jerusalem, which is helping the people of Jerusalem. While he is being fight on every side and he begins to build the wall with a Trowel in one hand, Sword in other hand ---- to build a wall and fight the destructs.

Building with one hand and fighting with other hand, you can’t stop building just because you are involved in fighting, you can’t stop fighting just because you are involved in building. That’s why God gave you two hands, build with one and fight with the other. Don’t forget you got two hands. You can’t stop building, you can’t stop battling…. battle and build. Build and Battle.

In fact the more you build, the more you battle, you can’t build anything that wouldn’t bring a battle. And you are going thru a battle right now, that’s only because you are building something. Because people don’t fight with people who don’t build, they only fight you because you are building.

If you wouldn’t be building anything, nobody will battle, more you start building, more you got battle, think it’s not strange, this is a part of your job. If you take the lead, you will become a target, have courage. [TDJ]

[SV] This world is not for cowards. Do not try to fly. Look not for success or failure. Join yourself to the perfectly unselfish will and work on. Know that the mind which is born to succeed joins itself to a determined will and perseveres.... Live in the midst of the battle of life. Anyone can keep calm in a cave or when asleep. Stand in the whirl and madness of action and reach the center. If you have found the center, you can't be moved. [SV]

History has been proven, people who think advance are condemned, criticized, later accepted.

[SV] Each work has to pass through these stages - ridicule, opposition, and then acceptance. Each man who thinks ahead of his time is sure to be misunderstood. So, opposition and persecution are welcome, only I have to be steady and pure and must have immense faith in God, and all these will vanish. [SV]

Go deeper, life is like an ocean, top layer filled with plastic waste and garbage, little deep you find fishes, deeper you go, you will find; pearl, gems, so on.

[SV]Be free hope for nothing from any one. I'm sure if look back upon your lives, you will find that you were always vainly trying to get help from others, which never come. All the help that has come was from within yourselves. [SV]

[SV]Never say, 'No'; never say 'I cannot', for you are infinite. Even time and space are nothing compared with your nature. You can do anything and everything, you are Almighty. [SV]

[SV]Get up and put your shoulders to the wheel - how long is this life for? As you have come in to this world, leave some mark behind. Otherwise, where is the difference between you and the trees and stones? [SV]

Note: This particular blog recommend for adults or majors based on country and its age set by. Others can keep this as info, you can try to implement once eligible and interested.

Before I start my motivational session in one of the orphan’s hostel, first words I told them as, you are lucky that you don't have father and mother to destroy your dreams and interests, you have no fencing for your dreams. 

No matter what I say, what others say, go with your heart or soul sayings, be sometime deaf (TINY FROG STORY), don't listen, be courageous, be optimistic, be a master. Never be slave to any.

Thousands of year’s human beings suffering and screaming in life by following their father and mother, elder’s advices.

There is a proverb in Kannada- Appa Hakida Aalada Marakke Nenu Hakkobeda it means don't commit suicide for your father planted banyan tree.

Look at the history of all successful people in the world, they have not followed the interests or opinions or desires of their parent or elders. That is the only reason they are what they are today. If they followed they would be ended up with clerical job. I'm not saying that clerical job is bad, I'm saying they will be missed to reach the heights.

Take an example of Michael DELL if he just followed the interests of their parents, today we have missed more than 138,000 employees and $61 billion revenue company DELL Technologies. If he followed parent’s interests many would not experience great computers and software he delivering to the world today and many other services. Ref: DELL Companies Happy 33rd Birthday  

Look at your father and mother, they too violated many teaching of their parents and elders, that’s why they are what they are today. Or else all should be living in forest, caves, no cloths, eating raw animal and vegetables, there is no question of civilization.

Why we are advanced today, that is because we violated many Parenting, Elderly, Guru, and Teachers guide lines, those are proceeded in the name of fear.

Most pathetic thing in this society is, every parent expects behavior and things from their kids as per their expectation, and even their kids are @ age 18, 30, 60, so on. They themselves violated many, but they expect on their kids, this is going on from the centuries.

Every individual adult is independent in taking decision and shaping their future as they want, because of the fear and negativity of the parents, many adults suffering, not reaching the places where they wanted to reach.

Many Orthodox parents, destroying their kid’s future in the names of rituals, actions, so on. If you guide rituals by not knowing the scientific reason behind it, it simply you are poisoning them, you can call Orthodox as OrthoToxic in that sense.

It's like monkeys saying...(or Click)

Love your parents, don't follow them, Many great leaders violated their parents, masters, gurus guidance, that's why they are what they are today..

Example:

1. Buddha gone against his parents wish.
2. Madhvacharya, he disproved his guru’s teachings. So we have 2 concepts, Dual and Non-dual with great examples. (Advaita and Dvaita)
3. Annamayya (Annamacharya) he gone against parents interest/wish.

Have great love on everyone, that includes your parents too, you are what you are today, that is because of everything and everyone that is surrounded by you. Of course parent’s takes major role on you, it doesn't mean that, they are the major role for your failure or destruction of future dreams too.

It doesn't matter: parents or teachers or gurus, elder or anyone, reject all fearful teachings of anything or anybody, be courageous, have great love, kindness, and respect on everyone, but follow your heart.

Remember Age, Education, Experience are just qualifications, not constraints. Anyone can reach any height at any point of time. Never underestimate or downgrade anyone with the external identities. If having knowledge or pursuing course is all, library is more qualified to the position than the man. Or a man who has 100+ degrees qualified for all positions in the world. (Meet the 50-year-old Chennai professor who holds 145 academic degrees)

It’s all how you manipulate the knowledge it matters, having JAVA certification wouldn’t help you to fix a single issue in the application, what is use of having it?!

Not following heart or soul is called in Sanskrit as: Athma Dhrooha it means cheating your Soul. Don't do that.

There are two sayings of Swami Vivekananda to energize you...

Make your own future. “Let the dead past bury its dead.” The infinite future is before you, and you must always remember that each word, thought, and deed lays up a store for you, and that as the bad thoughts and bad works are ready to spring upon you like tigers, so also there is the inspiring hope that the good thoughts and good deeds are ready with the power of a hundred thousand angels to defend you always and for ever.

Stand up and fight! Not one step back, that is the idea. Fight it out, whatever comes. Let the stars move from the spheres! Let the whole world stand against you us! Death means only changing the garment. What of it? Thus right! You gain noting by becoming cowards. Taking a step backward, you do not avoid any misfortune. You have cried all the gods in the world. Has misery ceased? … the gods come to help you when you have succeeded. So what is the use? Die game. You are infinite, deathless, birthless. Because you are infinite spirit, it does not befit you to be a slave. Arise! Awake! Stand up and fight!

Cowards say and create fear in you, don't do that, don't do this, so on. It's their capacity. Courageous people never guide or make others fear, they guide only Courage.

Believe in yourself, you have great power in you, as Vivekananda said: All power is within you, you can do anything and everything. Believe in that.

Your real enemies are your loved ones: There is a quote in Hindi: Dushman Kahan Hai, bagal mei hai it means; Where is your enemy? He is just next to you.

This is true everywhere, your goals have been stopped, your ideas have been destroyed, and your dreams have been dissolved/demotivated by your own loved ones or people close to you.

Reason; they are not doing all this with enmity or jealous, they are doing this because of love, because of fear, because of liking, because fear of suffering (they don’t want to see you are suffering from failures, so they avoid you to attempt them)

Real love never allow fear to enter, their love is not so real, that love damaged with the thinking of future, security, and safety, so on…lack of confidence, trust and belief in you. Be Courageous, Guide them the courage and do something great.

“Fear is death, fear is sin, fear is hell, fear is unrighteousness, and fear is wrong life. All the negative thoughts and ideas that are in the world have proceeded from this evil spirit of fear.” — Swami Vivekananda.

Stop Jumping Start Digging

No policies of the company in this world are bad. May be implementation is bad. Or implementing heads may bad.

All companies are good and have good policies, I’m not talking on benefits. Benefits are varied based on the value we create with our work or product.

You want more benefits, create more values!

You might have noticed; those who desperately trying to save money, they will be always running zero balance or shortage of money. Similarly you might have noticed people who are spending more for charities or helping others are getting or earning more money.

I think the super natural power or god’s formula works like this:

• If you want kindness, give more kindness.
• If you want appreciation, appreciate others.
• If you want help, help others.
• If you want money, give money to the needy.
• If you want love, give more love.
• If you want disturbance, disturb others.

As Swami Vivekananda said: If you project hatred and jealousy, they will rebound on you with compound interest. No power can avert them; when once you have put them in motion, you will have to bear them. Remembering this will prevent you from doing wicked things.

      Let’s take an example: You are a construction worker and you are creating value with your work, may be for each construction your consolidated contribution will be one room. In the same field construction designer is also working and creating value, he is designing the whole building or campus, when compared with value creation of the ordinary worker, designer’s value creation is more. Obviously the pay will be more.

    

    Similarly you might have wondered: fortune companies or product companies are paying more, it indirectly says that they or their products create more value, than others.

     

      For more clarity take an example of Google; how many millions of people, every second hits and gets the solutions from it, apparently its earnings also more. The blog you are reading now is also served by Google.

    

     You want more to come, create more values, doing same things every day, in future you will be getting same what you are getting right now and you will continue to get the same. Do something that creates value and forget about getting something back, God have very good auditing system, he make sure that you will be receiving it here or somewhere or from someone for sure, and don’t try for immediate results.

      

      Like you are sowing seed today and expecting tomorrow that should grow as a big tree and give some fruits or flowers. Which will never happen, if you look for that, you will be getting more stress, more angry and anxiety. Always you will be living with unhappiness.

     

  What is Stop Jumping Start Digging?

    Digging 30 feet, and going to other place digging 30 feet, going to other place digging so on, wouldn't help you much. Digging at the same place 60 or 90 feet may help you to get some water. (Again don't take it literally, place to place water availability is varied, similarly company to company positions or benefits given will be varied, again it is also based on the values it create)

    

      If you are digging at desert, even by digging 1000 feet also may not help you, in those cases, better look for other place where you can find water. In these cases realizing early will help you.

   

   Some people are doing bungee jumping from product to product, company to company, so on. Many will get the ground hit, some will be reaching the water, and so on.

    

    Life is not about the money and money is not the only requirement to be happy. If money gives happiness? People living in palace or mansions should always be happy. If you compare happiness of these people with the people living in huts. You will be wondering by seen the results.

     

    For the happiness your mind is the creator, materials may not help much; if beach gives happiness, in the same beach you can see the people crying. If graveyard gives sadness, in the same graveyard you can see some people feel happy. Happiness is not material dependent, if you realize the truth behind it, you will get more clarity on it.

    Everything is inside you! You can create what you want, if you stick with materials for the happiness. Make sure the same material will make you sad, once you lost or lose it.

    

     Coming back to the point; instead of doing bungee jumping from companies to companies, report the flaws in policies implementations of the company, help to improve the organization, again it’s a value creation from your side.

      It’s a warzone you are here do something, don’t run away! Face it and get it.

    Note: I mean warzone means you don’t need to fight with weapons, use love and kindness as your weapons.

     I’m not saying you need to be killed or destroyed by blind love and kindness; let me remind you, one more sayings of Swamy Vivekananda: Everything is conscious which rebels against nature; there consciousness is manifested. Just try to kill a little ant, even it will once resist or fight back to save its life. Where there is struggle, where there is rebellion, there is the sign of life, there consciousness manifested.

            

How and where to create value to get happiness or money:

1. Do something in your current project or product, which will help your team or customer.
2. Do something or suggest something to the organization, which will help your organization or its employees.
3. Help your peers which create value to the organization and your team or other team members.
4. Help strangers by suggesting routes, or by providing info which they need.
5. Try to create Apps or algorithms which solve or eliminate many manual works or repeated works.
6. Identify yourself with some social networks and do service to the mankind.
7. Show Love, Show kindness, Show empathy, which makes others happy.
8. Love and serve the Animals, Birds and Nature, without them you are nowhere.
9. Last but not least; Expect Nothing and Do Something.
